Team balance, how long?

Hi.

How come in 2020 we don't have proper team balance. New map begins with 10 vs 20. Sure server is gonna eventually fill up but after like 40-70% tickets and also it's filling up wrong side? Maybe cause of squads, idk. But after 300 tickets there was 15 vs 29. And it's been since day one. And like i mentioned before, there is literally 0 information about servers, only map rotations. 2020. Just someone try to open my eyes, i really can't understand, how is this even possible?

EDIT: I don't really mind if it happens sometimes, it's happening very often.

I think there is 1 patch coming, not content but fixes

Yeah but priorities, we have seen/felt how messed up it is. At least to try how would team switch work.

Even if they do bring a working (haha, working? This is Dice, there will be 2 more fixes required to fix the fix)...
Where was I?
... even if they bring a working balancing tool in one or two weeks... what's the long term use if BFV player count will drop to a 2-digit number as soon as this supposed BF3-Remaster is released in a few months?
How is it statistically possible for one publisher to be wrong in almost everything they do. They should he right due to pure coincidence from time to time...
