WHAT ARE PEPSI PROMO CODES

A Pepsi promo code is a single-use code (found on participating promotional products under the cap or inside the label) that can be redeemed for in-game content in EA SPORTS FC™ Mobile. Redeem your code through a web browser at pepsi.fcm.ea.com.

HOW AND WHERE CAN I GET A CODE

Pepsi promo codes can be found on specially marked Pepsi products. The codes can be redeemed for in-game content in EA SPORTS FC™ Mobile. 

In Turkey, you must log in to the KAZANDiRIO App to claim your code by scanning the QR code found on the can/packaging.

PROMO DURATION

The promo is active from November 1, 2024, to February 28, 2025. To accommodate late redemptions, the redemption website will remain operational until June 30, 2025.

WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?

You must be 18 years old or over to enter the Promotion.

WHAT EA SPORTS FC MOBILE IN-GAME CONTENT CAN I REDEEM WITH PEPSI PROMO CODES?

Each Pepsi promo code can be redeemed for one in-game pack. There are 6 in-game packs available, granted in the following order:

• Pack #1: One (1) Son Heung-Min Ambassador Item 94 OVR (Untradeable) Player Item + one (1) 65+ OVR Player Item + 100K Coins + 100 XP + one (1) Pepsi Branded Kit #1 
• Pack #2: One (1) Son Heung-Min Ambassador Item 94 OVR (Untradeable) Player Item + one (1) 65+ OVR Player Item + 100K Coins + 100 XP + one (1) Pepsi Branded Kit #2 
• Packs #3-6: One (1) Son Heung-Min Ambassador Item 94 OVR (Untradeable) + one (1) 65+ OVR Player Item + 100K Coins + 100 XP

A limit of six (6) Pepsi promo codes are redeemable per EA Account. 

HOW CAN I REDEEM A CODE?

1. Navigate to the Pepsi promo code Redemption page from web or mobile.

2. Log in with your EA Account linked to EA SPORTS FC Mobile. 

If you don’t yet have an EA Account, you’ll be able to create a new one directly through the web browser or in the EA SPORTS FC Mobile game. Be sure to also link the same EA Account to your FC Mobile account in the in-game Settings before redeeming your code on the redemption page. For more information on how to link your account, follow this guide.

3. After you’ve signed in with your linked EA Account, enter the valid code, complete the reCaptcha, and hit “REDEEM”.

4. Check your in-game inbox for your reward after getting the successful message. Please allow 24 hours for the rewards to appear in-game.

WHAT IF I REACH MY CODE REDEMPTION LIMIT?

Each player can redeem up to 6 Pepsi promo codes for in-game rewards. Once this limit is reached, you will receive a pop-up message indicating that no further redemptions are available.

Important Note on Redemption Limit Reset: Redemption limits are tied to your EA account, not your FC Mobile account. Linking a new FC Mobile account to an existing EA account will not reset the redemption count. The limit remains in effect across any FC Mobile accounts associated with the same EA account.

MY CODE DOESN’T WORK! WHAT DO I DO?

TROUBLESHOOTING ACCOUNT LINKING AND CODE REDEMPTION ISSUES

• If Your Code Doesn’t Work:
  • Ensure the promo code is entered correctly and has not expired.
  • Confirm you are logged into the correct EA Account linked in the FC Mobile game.
  • If the issue persists, contact in-game support or visit EA Help or in-game Customer Service.
• A couple of things to keep in mind:
  • Each promo code is single-use only.
  • Pay attention to the redemption conditions and the validity period. Codes cannot be redeemed after they expire.
  • Ensure you are signed into the EA Account linked in the FC Mobile game to receive your rewards.

Please note that our system retains data related to reward grants for only 30 days. We encourage you to report any issues with your redemption promptly, as Customer Services is unable to assist with inquiries once this period has elapsed.
