It's been a while since we did this, but here we go again. I'd like to ask you, the community, what you think we should prioritize our efforts on.
What features would you like to see added, improved, removed or changed?
We do have our internal list of priorities, but I am sure we're missing some things. Help us make the game even better!
Please be as constructive as possible in your feedback, and try to avoid writing walls of text or post videos (the quicker to read, the better).
I know there are a lot of you out there with a passion for competitive gaming. There is no reason to post anything about that aspect of Battlefield here or now. A time and place for that will come soon.

Fluff aside server stability is horrible with peoples latency going all over the place, whatever you did around the introduction of Nivelle, roll it back. I'd like to see pingcapped servers, make it different limits if you want just give us the option and don't dump it all on rented servers which are hard to find.
Some things I would love to see added/worked on for future updates
Rear view camera for all vehicles (Driver)
3rd person camera view for vehicle occupants
Overall reduction or removal of random bullet deviation
Reduce or remove bullet suppression
Improve consistency and reliability of squad party invite system
Preview window at spawn screen of squad member on battlefield to prevent spawning into unwinnable situations
Dream features
Character appearance customization
More weapon attachments and customization
Vehicle only or vehicle focused game modes
Love this game and with these changes I think it could be the best battlefield yet. Encouraging to see all the work that has gone in to improving it so far and I know it will only become a more rich experience with time.
Rent a server program, I also feel adding a server browser for Operations would be nice, also I lost my progress for Unlocked story mode skins in multiplayer. I feel the semi auto rifles/Medic rifles should be as they were in Battlefield 3.

I would just like to see all of the bugs removed and the netcode stable again. There is nothing that makes me want to smash my bf1 disc more than when I kill a guy and can literally count to 7 and see a teammate spawn on him.
Also we need a better party system and easier way to join servers that friends are playing. There are just so many broken things that should have been ironed out by now that is really disappointing.
official all-map servers, please, i own premium and still end up playin only vanilla as i have to choose between 4 TSNP maps (that feels like 2 with votingsystem) or totally leave TSNP and decide for vanilla with mor maps in place ... i am really afraid how this would get even worse maybe when next dlc comes out ... do i have to choose between vanilla / TSNP / Tzar / Tides ? meaning every time the (additional price) i have to pay for playin dlc is a (boring like hell) 2 or 3 map cycle ?
nearly every custom server with full-map rotation is emty, as you wont find them by "quick play"
so maybe we can have official ones ? atm i am really unsatisfied with premium. beside having a short look in something new before it gets really fast very booring. so i am one who do nothing for the playercount of dlc, sacrificing even these few good things introduced with dlc (the char2C for example, the best (onlyone not useless) behemoth in game) only for having not that damn small map-cycle.
i paid for all at once, why i'm not allowed to play all maps at once (in one big map-cycle) ?
Make Dice official servers 3 person a side start (6 people in total) to start the game, instead of the 10 person per side (20 people in total ).
That way the DLC maps will be more populated especially in the Oceania region, less people to start so more people will enter the server as there is the higher likelihood of joining a server that will actually start a proper game !!!
Another option is to have the vanilla maps a 20 person start and only the DLC have a 6 person start, that way when the premium trial starts then people will at least be able to play the maps in regions that have a lower player count. A win for everyone concerned, premium people have more DLC maps to play, people looking to buy premium actually get to play the maps live, and Dice might get more sales of premium.
(My post doesn't pertain much to any game-breaking issues, which should be priority. Rather, it's focused on features that should so happen add convenience to the community's gaming experience.)
I'd propose two convenience fixes that have been heavily suggested by the community already. One of them is putting Operations into the server browser. The other one is to allow the customization of the Pilot/Tanker classes without having to have a vehicle available to do such.
Going further into the Pilot/Tanker thing, a lot of people would love to see the integration of the heavily-underused Pilot/Tanker weapons into the four main infantry classes. Now, seeing as these weapons are better than the handguns but worse than the primaries (intermediate-power weapons), I'd suggest creating a system where if you equip a Pilot/Tanker weapon as your primary for a main infantry class, you'd get equip another Pilot/Tanker weapon as your secondary weapon. This way, you have an inferior primary, but superior secondary (it balances out). Of course, they should be assigned to certain classes as I suggest below, or whatever would be seen as fit by the development team.
Assault: Frommer Stop Auto & Sawn-Off (Close range oriented.)
Medic: M1911 Extended & Borchardt C93 Carbine (Both offer good close range utility in their own ways, but offer better ranged capability than the Assault options.)
Support: Artillery P08 (Highest capacity high-capacity carbine.) & Mle 1903 Extended (Highest capacity low-capacity carbine.)
Scout: C96 Carbine (Most accurate high-capacity carbine.) & Pieper M1893 (Best ranged damage.)
The Obrez has supposedly been "leaked," quite possibly as a Pilot/Tanker weapon. That should be for Scout with such a system in place. Some of these are DLC weapons, however. Which begs if there would be a plausible work-around.

I think matchmaking is still a major issue with bf1 and would like to see this fixed. Especially the issue with 6 players being in the server and it not starting the round- untill that is fixed your suggestion(which is great) isn't viable
Would like to see Operations in the server browser! Also hardcore Operations would be great!
Operations is South-Africa is impossible to find and play. You added a Summer Community Mission to win and finish 3 rounds but how can we if there is NO populated severs available. Add a browser feature so we can atleast play OOR to finish the mission and play a game when we feel like it. This constantly ending up in a empty sever is ridiculous...
Matchmaking and team balance should be fixed asap because 27 - 20 isn't the best way to start the round.
Also map voting should be removed from at least official servers. I know that upcoming July patch is going to bring some fixes to this issue but I still think it's not good enough.
And yes, medal system hasn't been touched since the release which is disappointing to some players. I really hope you can make it possible for people to pick any medal to complete from the list instead of weekly random.
Improve the vehicle spawn areas in certain maps especially in Amiens to avoid spawn mining.(can be done by holding the square button also if on Ps4, to remove enemy mines just like when you're removing your own. Or give the vehicles at least a 3 sec. invincibility right after spawning.)
Improve the vehicles' change seat system on consoles like on PC. (my idea is to press and hold X, if on Ps4 and use the L analog stick to choose a particular seat you want.)
Mission tracker for all challenge missions to avoid confusion or misunderstandings on missions' requirements..
Also, fixing the fire invincibility of the flame trooper.(not fireproof anymore after riding any vehicles.)

My wishlist of priorities:
Platoons - get to the next stage with more features
RSP - Too much to mention here, visit the RSP section for what is needed
Improved Spawn system, random spawn locations for vehicles, correct class for vehicles (especially horses)
Medals, ability to choose any medal to complete
Quicker quit time
Conquest scoring
Customise Vehicles from menu instead of in game
Plane skins not saving after being selected
Better way to invite party to game (on console)
Okay so here's a few things that are a problem with the game currently;
AIRCRAFT:
Air balance currently sucks, You guys have nerfed the bomber patch after patch to the point were taking it over an AP is a joke now.
Bomber's need some of their resistance to fire back, They cannot dodge fire very well like a AP or Fighter. Things that should not hard counter them currently do, Such as AT AP and the GS AP. Those are ground attack planes they should not be doubling up as air superiority supreme over everything else in the sky. (I'm talking about skilled pilots here)
ATAP is now a really fun plane to use but it is simply too good vs other aircraft, A pro in a ATAP can kill anything. There is no target it is not effective against currently. It fights other planes well, It kills tanks pretty efficiently and it's main gun is good at picking off infantry, As well as its bombs. It's fast, Hard hitting and overall really strong in all departments. It has currently a skill floor thats a little bit higher than the other planes but it's skill ceiling is the highest in the game.
GSAP takes less skill to use than the ATAP but it is very good vs all targets but tanks. It wrecks infantry and planes alike. With a rear gunner it is a very strong all around airplane that is not particularly weak to any aircraft.
DF needs help, 15 rounds of Incend ammo sucks. It needs at least 45 for it to be worth it. 60 would be ideal with a long CD.
There is no reason to take a DF over a BK right now. BK kills aircraft better and has the self repair to help them tank rear gun fire.
BK and TF are currently fine, I would say BK counters bombers a little too hard for my liking but given the damage bombers do vs tanks im ok with that.
Firestorm bomber is a joke, For being not able to kill tanks it's AOE is way too low. Bomber is a big slow airplane that can't kill and get out of there, So when it drops its payload vs highly clustered infantry it needs to wipe them out. Or remove the flame bombs all together and just give it 3 sets of frag bombs. Whatever the case it needs to be better at it's role to be worth picking. Barrage bomber has similar AOE, Can kill infantry inside buildings and still has the front 20mm cannon gunner.
Torpedo bomber sucks because it does not do anything that a torpedo boat can't. VS land targets the torpedo has a very long drop time and the demo bombs are inaccurate even if you line it up perfectly. Torpedo also has a high bounce chance at higher alts. The whole plane is literally just a worse barrage bomber.
TANKS:
Mortar truck sucks bad, Give it a siege mortar or something. Make it worth picking. It's total trash at the moment and is rage inducing when your team spawns one because your down a tank for nothing basically. It is the worst use of the tank slot by far in the game.
Light howitzer tank MG changes are cool and all, But it needs it's 360 turret back. The tank is no were near as crazy as the beta. It should not be neutered so hard.
Close support LT needs to loose the Health/Ammo box and needs smoke instead or maybe mines. That or increase the damage of it's main gun, A flanker tank should not be a better AT choice than the CSLT.
Armored car's need more armor and a deploy option from the spawn screen.
GUNS:
Guns that need help from each class,
Assault;
MP18, Totally outclassed by the Ribby, max damage should be 25. Automatico and Hellriegel totally outclass it by a mile, Automatico has similar effective range with 60% more fire rate. The accuracy does not make up for this. Another way to fix MP18 is give it a big headshot multiplier to encourage accurate aimed fire with it.
12g Automatic (Browning Auto 5)
Worst shotgun in the game. A shotgun that can't one shot is worthless, On top of that the RNG due to netcode with shotguns make the 12g very frustrating to play with. M97 and Sjogren totally outclass the Auto 5. To fix it, It needs it's recoil reduced severely so follow up shots can be "Spammed" Otherwise your better off just with another shotgun. 1 shot or reduced recoil.
Support;
Lewis Gun,
Totally outclassed by the MG15 and Madsen. This is a pretty simple fix for the Lewis, Increase it's min damage to 15.
Then the choice vs MG15 or Lewis would be a lot closer. As it is right now MG15 fires faster, Has better velocity, Higher min damage and is better vs aircraft.
Hout
Very low mag size and very low DPS. It's reload is actually quite long as well, Almost as slow as MG15. Again min damage should be looked at along with reload speed.
M1909 BM
Generally outclassed by the other options in support, Not sure what to say here but its on the lower end of the usage spectrum for a reason.
Medic;
Seb16
Needs to have less overall spread. It's already the slowest killer in the medic class you don't need to be RNG'd by it as well, It's super frustrating to loose a lot of firefights at mid range due to RNG with this thing. Mondragon just generally outclasses it. Mag size is the only thing it has.
1907
Generally outclassed by Cei Rigotti and AL8 variants. (Esp AL8.25)
Has crazy bad spread and the sweeper variant is just laughably bad but is very noob friendly. The gun should probably just be reworked.
Increase the skill floor to use it but make it better overall.
Scout;
1903 Exp
Basically just a really high cap pistol, Maybe issue it with a regular bolt so it can become a 1903 infantry?
Two birds with one stone.
Pistols;
P08, Its trash. Totally outclassed by 1911 and C93. Worst pistol in the game by a mile. It needs love.
Revolvers Gate loaded;
Need a unique HS multiplier Especially the Gasser. 2.0 on revolvers would make them more of a skill cannon. .44 mag in BF4 was very fun to use because of the skill involved with it.
Gadgets;
A lot of scout gadgets suck, Might need to look at the class as a whole. Right now K's, Tripwire INC, Flare gun are the only ones worth using.
MISC;
SAA change was a nerf to the SAA. No one want's to run a tool, Give it a 4 min respawn if no one has tooled it.
The Wrench should do more than just repair SAA and tanks. Maybe let it repair doors in bunkers and dead coastal guns.
Some coastal guns still are not 360. Be consistent make them all 360 or none.
Vickers stationary MG and on Jeeps do way too much DPS vs the Zeppelin
Zeppelin gunners should be immune from dying while in the zep. Be consistent with the ship and train. Zep should not take damage from small arms fire like the Vickers HMG or the howitzer tank LMG.
Net code changes are at their worst since the game launched. I don't know why during the beta that net code seemed better and now it sucks.
PING LOCKING needs to be a thing, No one over 120 MS allowed in the server. Or at least allow servers to set ping limits.
ALLOW 3rd PARTY HOSTING: This business decision by EA is killing the longevity of the game.
Allow tank customisation from the spawn screen. It's stupid that you have to select a tank before you can choose what you want. It makes you spawn the wrong tank all the time when you spam click at the beginning of the match.
Weather is overbearing on a lot of maps, And really is just not really a fun mechanic.
Sniper's can "Zoom" though the sandstorm, fog, w/e and snipe though it. And it seems like that weather is still client sided because i still get one shot from across the map by a sniper camping on some hill were he could not of seen or spotted me. It just leads to frustrating gameplay overall and feels really cheesy.
