TeamSpeak3 Installation & Connection [GUIDE]- Gaming at it's BEST

What is TeamSpeak3 TeamSpeak3 is a VOIP ( Voice Over Internet Protocall ) which allows you to talk with others in various situations.
Why Use TeamSpeak3 There are countless reasons & advantages to using it. You can talk while you play the game with friends with clarity unlike the in-game VOIP which is horrible to say the least. If your having trouble with your game / computer / settings ect. ect. these are just a few examples. Most importantly it doesn't cut you off at the end of each game so you can become friends with others & talk to them. You'll learn things you never even dreamed possible & communicate with people whom are willing to help unlike posting countless threads in the forum's & get LIVE real-time-answers. Once you install it & get connected you'll never be disappointed. Here is a simple example of the various topics we discuss in TeamSpeak3-https://forums.battlefield.com/en-us/discussion/2511/bf4-help-tips-tricks-suggestions/p1
TeamSpeak3 vs. Mumble / Discord / Skype Each of the many VOIP programs offer different level's of security & settings & they differ drastically in each category but the one that most users fail to consider is the DIRECT PERFORMANCE HIT against your specific CPU. I have tested each & studied perspective securities & by far TeamSpeak3 out performs the others in many ways. Here is the results from simple connection with each set up security at peak levels. Performance is PRIORITY when your playing FPS ( First Person Shooter ) games!
WORST to BEST CPU peak draw in %
( 1 ) Skype - 14 %
( 2 ) Steam - 8 %
( 3 ) Ventrilo - 8 %
( 4 ) Discord - 6 %
( 4 ) TeamSpeak3 - 2 %

If your NOT using TeamSpeak3 ( YOU ) SOLIDER are missing out! As for Discord it looks great, works great BUT it is NOT secure for users, same as the "OLD" versions of TeamSpeak3. I tried it / tested it & give it a THUMBS DOWN for various reasons! The choice is yours & if you like it go for it but when your info gets stolen or hacked don't come crying & asking for help!
Trying to help people understand the benefits is rather hard simply because they fail to read & understand the security risk involved. Discord is NOT a secure means of VOIP & if they're willing to risk their information being stolen then that is a personal decision. I myself remember the day when TeamSpeak had issues & they addressed each segment & secured the platform. As for Discord they have yet to address the issue in regard to the IP's that have been stolen, instead each have simply generated new accounts which lead's to once again offering the ability to be yet stolen again. If that's not redundantly ignorant, I don't know what is!
True Highjacker88 but some just want to argue the point of TeamSpeak3 vs. Discord & the benefits. I have informed numerous players that Discord simply doesn't offer the security that TeamSpeak3 offers. The issue is that when one configures Discord there are missing security measures that are specific to how it is structured from the point of install & design. Here is just one of the many warnings given: https://bestsecuritysearch.com/hackers-use-discord-app-deliver-malware/ In the article it clearly explains that Scammers use various payloads to deliver the dangerous files – directly linking to infected users or to downloaders. The most common scenarios include fake driver downloads that promise to boost the computer performance, cheat codes and trainers to manipulate the game difficulty and other related software. I believe this alone should explain why we use TeamSpeak3. I have installed a security feature which forces the file browser to scan ALL FILES before they can complete the upload into the file browser therefore if someone has a virus or infected upload it will scan & stop if infected. I also have a change log so I can view whom sent the upload / date / time then I can delete the upload & speak to the person whom sent it. There you have it, if you share files via TeamSpeak3 at least you can assure the security thru the community unlike the general Discord user. Another topic is the Discord Privacy Policy found here: https://discordapp.com/privacy It clearly states they WON'T SELL but they DO SHARE your information! There you have it, that's why we use TeamSpeak3!
I have added some important information to the thread as some were experiencing trouble viewing the server connection information. If there is anything I need to do to make it easier, please feel free to contact me! Thank You, GUNNY

Each server CLEARLY STATES ( No Pro Players ) & we have wasted time to try to inform you to adjust your gameplay to match those whom get clearly OWNED. Yes you are clearly a ABOVE AVERAGE PLAYER & our community fully is aware of WHY you were removed / banned. It's NO FUN playing in a empty server & your the kinda guy whom would do exactly that. We did communicate with you in a attempt to even the playing field but you felt differently obviously. It's NOT all about you, New players need time to learn the game & have fun! Simply stated it's NOTHING personal however our decision stands. On a side note NOT one of our members dislikes you, we're just not on your level of gameplay! On a side note we do ban appeals in the PLATOON RECRUITMENT section not the TeamSpeak3 [GUIDE]. That is located here: https://forums.battlefield.com/en-us/discussion/5329/sp8z-gunnys-buddies-u-s-canadian-players-only-no-pro-players-please/p1
