THC Platoon search or application?

I've been looking to try and apply to be a member of the THC platoon. Their Locker Addicts #1 server on Xbox state that they are taking applications to join and I cant find where to apply. I found the server on the server browser through Battlelog but thats about it, no platoon. If someone could help direct me into the right place that would be great because the only servers I really play on nowadays are the Locker Addict servers.
