can't save changes on settings < soldiers

it saves everything else but whatever is under the Soldiers heading... any ideas?

im wanting to change the portrait and my tag to all caps but i hit save and it goes back to how it was before

So you clicked on your Ninja_53 soldier and then tried to edit the tag & portrait correct?

yes that is correct... then i clicked save and everything went back to what it was before
