Where Do Oceania Groups That Have Lost A Month Of Hire Due To Crashes Stand Regarding Compensation?

This is coming from the A1 Group who have been running Two Oceania BF1 Servers since you were able to Hire them , this is a question to you Braddock512 why after a lot of e-mails , posts on here and your reddit area have our Group and any of the Admins from other Groups that I know of that hire your servers not been given ANY response to the question of compensation for no use of our Servers for over a Month not to mention our time and frustration dealing with abuse , resetting Servers etc etc .

So what are you going to do for the A1 Group and Other Groups that help provide players with a place to play free of hackers and the worse abuse????

    I FULLY support you and I totally agree that EA needs to provide some compensation for all the down time.

    Our group has been affected as well. Any compensation is none existent, EA can't even muster a proper, public apology or official statement.

    Contacted EA, our server now has a free 3 month extension due to the connectivity/stability issues back in April :D

    We had 2 servers during that time listed in the link you have provided, I am currently online with CHAT and provided them the link and requested my 3 months and the response I keep getting is: "Please tell me the issue you are facing with the faulty server.". I have tried to explain that the fault should no longer be there but we used to have lots of connectivity and lag issues and that this Thread advised it was now fixed and to request the 3 months compensation. Again they think I am trying to get them to troubleshoot a server issue lol, I wish the hand knew what the foot was doing. I have raised so many tickets with EA I should be used to this type of service but I thought this would be the one time it was straight forward and black and white arrrrrgh. Glad you got yours @WFPK-Foxhound.

    "I want to inform you that we are not able to compensate your server issue now, you were supposed to contact to EA Help to claim compensation when your server issue was resolved." <-- this IS what I am doing hahahaha. Gonna be a long night :(

    Just an update there was no server extension. On the 15 Sep my first contact with EA Help:

    Just a quick recap you contact us about the free 3 months extension and what we did is we extend it until December 13,2018.

    Today I contacted EA Help via live chat and this was their response:

    I have checked your account details here. I would like to request you to please contact us after some hours as right now game specialist are not available.
    So please wait for some time and then contact us so that we can discuss your case with them and can help you.


    Shortly after I received this email:

    Thank you for contacting EA help.
    Dear gamer, going through your conversation with our advisors, I can see that you are concerned about 3 month extension on your rental server.
    Please don't worry, I'll address your concern regarding this issue for you.
    As promised to you, you'll be granted an extra 3 month extension on your current rented server if any, our server teams are working on this to get the issue clarified & resolved for avid players like you.
    Although it will take some time to get it clarified as the server is huge & needs time to get it fixed. So, I would request you to give us some more time to get this fixed.
    For more details on this issue, you can checkout the BF 1 forum by going to https://forums.battlefield.com/en-us/categories where the studio team updates the players if any changes are made.
    Your understanding is appreciated.

    After a 3rd attempt contacting EA Help within 8 days I finally received the extension. Anyone else?
