BF4: Low FPS on fairly good laptop

I just buy a new laptop and this is my laptop specs:

I believe it fits the recommended requirements for Battlefield 4. But I only get around 15fps even on low setting.
What's the problem ?

    Check if resolution scaling is set to something higher then 100%
    .
    It is in video settings. This setting eats frames like crazy and isn't so useful on smaller screens anyway.

    That i5 is your weak link...Try 720p instead of 1080p
