Dont know if your CPU is always 90%-95% or? .....but are you sure your GPU is not overheating and thus down-throttling? That happened to me

After 20-25 minutes of play gpu usage drops to 55-65 % usage and cpu usage goes to 90-95%.In first ~20 minutes everything is fine, gpu usage is 97-98% and cpu usage is 60-75%.
I notice that pressing alt+tab fix this but that is not solution.
My friend have exactly same problem with apex legends. Its probably some origin bug(my opinion)
ps.Gpu temps are perfectly fine, there is no thermal throttling.
When I play on Rush 32 players or 64 players, I always have stuttering (sometimes unplayable). In conquest 64 players no problem. I had the same problem in conquest squad.
PC : I5 9600K, 16Go DDR4, SSD, RTX 2070. Last drivers gpu (with DDU or without DDU) and motherboard, last bios.
I’ve been playing this game for a couple months, sometimes for 6hrs straight. I have no stuttering issues on ultra settings.
PC i7 6850k - 2080ti FE - 64gb Ram - nvme drives
2k @ 144hz
I'm running i9-9900k, 2080 8G, nvme 970 pro @ 3840 x 2160. Settings all high, dxr medium, 80fps. GPU runs a constant 99%.
Videos stutter if using DX12, turn it off and no stuttering. Game at full settings (ultra) feels sluggish, 30-40 fps. Also experience obvious tearing and get momentary pauses on high and ultra, appears to be linked to DXR being enabled.
If I set windows to 1920×1080 I get 133 fps, although @ 119hz it looks washed out and I have to run it 60hz to get the colours & sharpness back. Running on a LG OLED 55"
Guys can i run the game on these configurations ?
DELL Inspiron 3558
CPU : Intel-i5 5200U 2.20 GHZ ( 4 CPU's )
RAM : 8 GB DDR3 1333
GPU : Intel HD Graphic 5500 & NVidia Geforce 920M
Windows 10 Professional - Directx 12 ..
Smooth play here and never had this mythical stutter others speak of.. 980Ti at 90%, 4930k 6 cores at 50-60% usage, Asus 144hz gsync 2560x1440p screen set to 120hz locked at 117fps via msi afterburner, Dx11 settings med-high Taa low.
I turned off dx12 within the game and now have no in-game video clip stutter, no pausing whilst playing, super smooth game play (no tearing), GPU runs around 70%, CPU around 23%, everything set to ultra @ 4K. Brand new computer, clean W10 Pro, latest drivers, must be related to DX12 or Nvidia drivers or a combination of both. If I enable DX12 (without DXR) it still runs bad, with DXR no different still bad, so surely not the underlying contributer (DXR).....
Play on low settings at 1440p since release (about 500hours).
Everything on samsung ssd (plenty of space left)
Right after yesterday/todays patch fps has droped from an average of 140fps (minimum fps well over 100) to average 100fps (frequent frame drops to 70 fps).
The perfoverlay.drawgraph shows massive and consistent spikes both on cpu and gpu lines ( no pic atm).
Tried the following so far to no avail (still * fps):
Reset graphic settings and manually changed settings
Deleted profile data in bfv (documents )
Vsync off in game n nvcp
Future frame rendering on (off - fps even lower)
Reinstalled new nvidia drivers - used DDU
Rolled back to older drivers - used DDU
Gsync on Gsync off
Max pre renderd frames on 1 n 3 in NVCP
Renderdevice.renderahradlimit 1 2 3 ingame
Max power settings n nvcp and windows
Single monitor
Closed every thing (chrome, msi afterburner, third party overclock)
Temps are perfect on cpu and gpu
Clock speeds are fine (no throttling)
Shader cache on and off
Page file on and off
Repaired game twice
Origin in game off in bfv properties and origin itself
Windowed mode
Full screen optimisation off
Gamemode off and on
Dvr recording * off
Different monitor different cable hdmi 2 display port differrnt refresh rates
Threaded optimisation on and off in nvcp
No geforce experience installed not streaming not downloading anything in backgroun
Tried 720p but same problem and max fps of about 140 lol on a 1080ti.
Gpu usage always 99% btw, ,not cpu bottleneck.
Happens on all maps
Tried other games and don't appear to have this issue. More testing to be done.
What the f did the patch do???? Reinstalling entire game right now.
Stuttering is coming from the DXR, not that much from DX12. To all the guys out there with RTX card - disable only DXR and your game will work fine, no crashes, no stuttering.

This is what I had to do with my 2060 , the game / drivers are just not optimized for DXR. I also had to turn my lighting ( other settings didn't help ) down due to the stuttering to get a more stable FPS.

really??? because i have DXR on and every round or even during the round i got 3-4 seconds of stuttering
I am playing mostly smoothly 70FPS+ with this hardware for now:
i7 3770 16GB RAM GTX 1070
Graphics set to high.
AND I have about 25 web browser tabs open and 5 word documents and an excel sheet, megasync...
How do I do it: - Don't play the big 64 player matches, they EAT cpu, stick to 16 player maps. - Set graphics to high instead of ultra - DX12 on - Turn off just about everything else in video options basic and advanced (other than setting graphics to high) - Limit your framerate to a fixed number to free up some processing power, i chose 70 (i could pick higher)
With this setup, I only experience about 1 to 2 CPU spikes per minute on average.

Correction - two browser windows with over 25 tabs each.
