I downloaded the trial and When I attempt to go online I am told. Missing Online Access contact support, Which I did and they checked out my account and it works for them. Is anyone else having this issue?
I contacted EA support and they said the issue was with ports needing to be opened.. turns out switching back to DX11 fixed the issue. Lost an hour of the trial thanks to this bug
Turn off dx12 and restart game this worked for me. Lost an hour of the trial thanks to messing about wankers.
Is actually the solution for me as well. I was in chat with EA support and they were telling me to restart router, unplug USB devices, that whole thing...I found this, while in the chat, tried it, and then reported to them that this fixed my issue. A LOT of gamers will be wanting to try to enable DX12 and if it's causing accounts to not have online access (which weirdly...doesn't make sense?) then this won't be the last time they hear of it.
Apparently a lot users of the Trial are affected with no online access, this is the line from the support adviser i spoke to today:
"I consulted the team and it seems that we are aware about the issue wherein players are “not not able to connect to the multiplayer online in trial version of the BFV game”. We have already informed our concerned team about the issue and good news is this that they are working diligently to fix this as soon as possible."
Any update on this? My game updated today so I assumed they had fixed it but apparently not, still missing Online access. Bought Origin access to Play Anthem, broken, want to play BFV, Broken. Thanks EA!

"I consulted the team and it seems that we are aware about the issue wherein players are “not not able to connect to the multiplayer online in trial version of the BFV game”. We have already informed our concerned team about the issue and good news is this that they are working diligently to fix this as soon as possible."
Hahaha they actually gave me that same BS excuse word for word, and also a 20% coupon. I guess the customer service reps from INDIA just copy and paste the same respones for thier "beloved customers." I literally have tried everything to get my trial to work. I think I'm going to try to mess with my firewall settings and possibly see if that fixes anything.

Dx12 not enabled. Same issue .
