Stuttering / Microlags makes the game unplayable right now

i get really anoying stutters aswell from today WTF is wrong now i cant play like this is the server problem or wtf is going on

I'll just repost my comment from the another thread. Still nothing changed, maybe they keep it **** up like it is.

Same here. The most annoying thing is that the game ran flawless without stutter until one of the Mid-December updates.
