PS4 EA Server Issue.. HELP!

I have a rented server on PS4. When I go into multiplayer and search for my server Conquest Silk Road it doesn't show up. When I launch my server from my rented server list I can start to play it and then folks will start to join. Then the next day it disappears again from my recent and favorites lists. How can I make my server visible for my friends to access and play?
