Have to agree with the many, game is unplayable for me without SLI. If no patch is released shortly I will be cancelling Origin access as it's the only game I currently play on there.
Im having this issue too. what a load of crap.
All this time waiting and we get an update that prevents you from playing the game!

It's nothing new that new Nvidia technologies are buggy and lack support, especially in the beginning, to a point where it doesn't make sense to enable. Stability and adaptation would probably have been bigger if it wasn't a proprietary technology and they had made it an open standard partnering with Sony, Microsoft, AMD and Intel.
Nvidia SLI is a proprietary technology handled by Nvidia. So, if that's your question it's probably better asked over at: https://forums.geforce.com/ as they have the developers you are talking about.
Ever since the recent update from NVidia's lastest RTX driver support DLSS. After enabling DX12/DXR ON & DLSS option with graphics to Ultra on Auto. GPU restriction is set to off.
The game works for a few minutes and then dashboards/crashes to desktop or when initial loading begins upon entering a server. Its a hit or miss sometimes to get into a game or even when it does crash, relaunching it just doesn't seem to work.
Restarting Origin/or even my PC does do the trick to get back into the main menu. When I do its a rinse and repeat situation. The game tends to hiccup on a frame during game play. You will see a slight frame jump when using the scope or even while running. While playing not even for 5-10 mins the game just quits to the desktop.

How can I fix the issue?
Upon playing single campaign mode. Noticeable FPS improvements. 80-100 FPS RTX/DLSS Enabled ULTRA Settings.
Same with online but now I need to single out the problem of why it crashes on me..........

The developers at NVidia have publicly stated that this is Dice's doing. They (NVidia) had SLI working for BFV before the game launched, and then when it did launch Dice undid something, breaking SLI. So, the OP's question is properly posted here vs the GeForce forums. No one at NVidia can help us with this. It's on Dice's shoulders.

why does this not surprise me... sad to think there's a perfectly good sli profile sitting unwanted.. feelsbadman
Just updated the game, installed new drivers before running game. Restarted computer. Game runs fine, DLSS automatically turned on. RTX automatically turned on. Game runs fine so far.
Check you cpu usage and temps. I think the patch has broken the game with RT and dlss on at least. i'm getting bsod nd usage of 100% with temps in the 90's which then crashes my pc. This on an 8700k

In any case, delivering your information to Nvidia using https://surveys.nvidia.com/index.jsp?pi=6e7ea6bb4a02641fa8f07694a40f8ac6 and in a bug report on Answers HQ is probably the best thing to do while people look for workarounds.
Me too. DX11 is smooth. Latest driver
1080 dlss is only available on the 2060 2070 models
1440 dlss is available on 2060/70/80 models

The game looks amazing with RTX and DLSS ON! But your need to change this in your console to stop blur !
