How they should have handled Firestorm

I feel that if Firestorm were its own standalone game apart from BFV and was treated as a spinoff it would not be having as big of a negative effect on BFV and the majority of player base who never asked for a BR nor care about BR. As it stands I feel that Firestorm has a massive impact on all aspects of BFV in a negative way as we still are awaiting meaningful content, bug fixes, and even core components that have yet to be added.

those negative impacts like bug fixes and long awaited content are part of bfv being a live service instead of a premium pass and nothing to do with firestorm.

They actually do. Although they claimed to have been separate it is hard to believe them as if they were then how come we have not seen more content and fixes? The live service is making them rush stuff and it shows due to simple things that are getting broken by the patches and updates. Ticket count not showing in a game mode got past a Q&A check :/

Definitely. But it would have been even better if EA focused on Apex as its main BR thing and left BF alone. But desperate attempt to sit on two chairs has now resulted in mediocre game we know as BFV which tried to be the jack of all trades but ends up as pure master of none.
