If you love this game you won't call any thread with criticism "whining".

Dice reads these post. They hire people to read these posts. So keep posting so we can help to improve the game. They want your feedback in order to make the game they wish to make.

    Makes sense.

Except a lot of people's "feedback" are ideas to make the game THEY personally want to play, not in the best interest of the overall game/playerbase.

That could also be an opinion that multiple people would like added.

Well so far I've seen ideas for removing the bayonet charge "because it's overpowered", as well as people claiming it locks on and is some god-mode ability that can't be thwarted in any way.

That sounds like someone just arguing to get rid of the bayonet charge altogether because they don't want it in the game, not necessarily because it would make the game better.

I'm sure we'll hear the same thing about cannon emplacements needing to be nerfed or removed from tankers and armored vehicle drivers because they don't think infantry, which are 75%+ of the game at any given time, should be able to destroy them easily.

There's already a guy that complained the Anti-Tank grenades are overpowered, when they're limited to one class, only two per life, and only do 20 damage per direct hit - and would you know it! The guy was a tanker in BF4.

Most people don't make suggestions for changes that they think everyone will want - they make suggestions for the game that would make the game better for THEIR specific or preferred playstyle. Just like chopper pilots wanting lock-ons removed from BF4, and the MAA nerfed or removed from some maps.

You forgot to mention that Dice does not want to read posts created by brain-damaged enemies of grammar and spelling.

He's bringing up the fact that a huge chunk of people that come to the forums to complain do so in a manner where they usually use all caps and a billion exclamation points - and also can't spell or use formal/correct grammar to save their lives.
