Finally get a new map to experience the same bugs + new ones.

Joins new map first awesome thing to experience is plane engine sound stuck.

Get update to game for fixes.

Joins new map get plane engine sound + stuck round ending music blasting off.

BF V is rising to the top of my list as the most frustrating game i have ever played and yet there is no good alternative to what battlefield is suppose to be.

I think the new CoD is going to do what BF1 did to CoD then: profit a lot from the situation.

My Platoon will probably switch to the new CoD when it comes out and nothing has changed in BF V.

I lost all reload animations yesterday on my PS4, wondering if anyone else experienced that bug

I can't even comprehend going back to cod. Arena style maps with about 3 choke points and games with dizzying heights of 8vs8. I would take a broken battlefield over a polished cod any day, even with all the annoyances, to me the two just don't compare in any way other than being fps games.

A game can be TOO broken ...

Right now BF V lots of time is pure frustration and that does not match with playing a game for fun.

We just want to play a FPS in which things work good enough, you don't want to throw your controller out of the window.

Shooting with 4 players on 1 enemy in FS for the player to survive all bullits (they just do not register) and shoot all 4 of us and during that whole time having a server performance icon in our screen and missing sound does not even come close to having fun.

I just haven't had that experience though so to me it's far from too broken. I'm not defending the screw ups so don't go hating on me I'm just saying that to me the two just don't compare, even with bugs etc. They just play completely differently, cod is all about twitch shooting and constant running whereas battlefield isn't (although I concede bfv took it more in that direction which annoys me).

The example you gave is pretty specific to something you experienced and I agree it doesn't sound fun, as I said, not something I've experienced so can't really comment on that. Any bugs I've had are far from game breaking or make it unplayable aside from the fps drops and as I said previously those aren't that regular for me, I don't know why. Maybe it's my connection, maybe it's luck, who knows.

Same on PS4 pro and the German server is a lag fest. It gets even worse when destruction happens. This is unacceptable for a Dice game and UK and Ireland servers need to return.

It's not just loss of datacenters that is causing this, it's a widespread patching issue that introduced stutterring in April's patch - then May's patch compounded it with further performance issues. Even if AWS London comes back online we would still have performance issues.

It clearly IS loss of state of datacenters: next to FPS drops, the server performance issue icon (and everything that comes with that) is the other big issue with the game.
And that issue became a lot bigger after the removal of servers.

Performance dropped when April's patch hit a few days before UK Datacentre removal

Just tried to play, and the lag is the worst I have ever seen it. Couldn't get out of a building I was in.

    C'MON, Dice.

I'm sure people are playing a different game to me at times. I have got more and more fps drops since the change in server but playing since release day I've never experienced anything like this.

Do you mean you literally couldn't move because of constant fps drops/lag? Is this PC or console?

It's reported by DICE that this is affecting all platforms but not all users! You may play great on your PS4 but the neighbours is probably borderline unplayable.

Btw I read on Reddit that a manual firmware update on PS4 has resolved issues. Even if you're on the latest version flash it again

I'm on, ps4 and I kept jumping around from one room of the building to another. Would just get outside and then it would jump me back inside. Had to quit out it was so bad.

No way!? Man that's weird. From this thread it seems Playstation is affected more. I'm on Xbox and I do get fps drops but I'm talking 1 second or so very occasionally. Played all night the other night and it maybe happened once.

For me it started last night. I had to quit out of my last two matches, and now this morning also.
