How to turn off command line arguments

I don't know how to turn off this command line argument-PerfOverlay.DrawFps

    check your BFV directory and see if you have a user.cfg

    If you do,  Delete it.

    In Origin, click the cog on the BFV start page.
    It should be under something like game properties  -> advanced start options. (Or what it's called in english version.)

    perfoverlay.drawfps 0

    1 turns it on; 0 turns it off.

    Try to disable FPS counter in Application Settings of Origin client:
