This is what an ESP user looks like.  Player outlines are set in spectator mode, so he can't see them.  Watch how he knows what the guys are doing that are hidden behind the obstructions.

That wasn’t a joke. That’s why I want my money back. EA is allowing these cheaters to run free.

I've had people comment on my YT channel...That's not a hacker.

Then I look at the poster, and his history, and his videos.

Names link up, and names link up...and what do you know, a BANNED HACKER...trying to obfuscate.

Take your, "that's not a hack," and put it squarely where the sun don't shine.  I've had enough lies.

So, I was looking to see if a few hackers were banned, checked some current battle reports...And what do I find, more and more hackers.  Seriously, the hacking is growing and growing.

If you look at the playing time of these players,
you will notice that it is always low.
This confirms that they enter an internet cafe, find battelfied already preloaded and of course cheat programs,
they just have to invest $ 1.5 in Origin basic access and have fun all afternoon ...
    the cost of a coffee.
EA is happy because she had a microtransaction ... if it creates a problem for other players ...
    it's not a shareholder problem.
As long as Origin Access Basic exists, we will ALWAYS have these problems.

    2.       Nothing changes for BF5.
So my question is: has anyone seen any official EA announcement on BF6 being available on PC? I can find lots of references to next gen Consoles, and speculation that it will be available on all platforms, but nothing specific from EA.

    Just curious...

You wont hear ANYTHING about the next BF title until waaaay closer to launch.

Probably around EA play or Gamescom,  likely around 2021.

You are likely right. Was curious because all EA press releases on BF6 specifically mention next general consoles, but PC is not mentioned at all.

You can go through every battle reports and find abnormal stats from several players.
They are not necessarily obvious in game and may seem like good players, but many times it is the opposite.
More players are going under the rader. What most are seeing is just the top of the iceberg - the obvious aimbotters with lmg/smg.

That video dosent show at all that he is cheating lol :P False claims is probally worse then ppl that cheats sometimes, I get reported eachday by ppl becuse "I cheat" just becuse I usually got good stats, last game I had 30-2 on Team Deathmatch, but calling that player a cheater on the video is pathetic!

Here's a reminder to you all, especially those of you who followed and didn't speak up, this is the type of obfuscation that happens.  This is from the old BFV hacker thread:

    1.  I made the claim, "One percent of the playerbase cheating means one cheater roughly every other match."

Do I really have to explain that a match is 64 players, so 2 matches is 128 players, and 1/128 is "roughly 1 percent."  Do I have to explain it?  Well, follow along, because, YES I DO HAVE TO EXPLAIN IT.

    2.  Someone else said, "still waiting on @Red_Label_Scotch to explain math to me. How 1Pct equals 1 cheater every other game as laid out by my example shows that that would equal more than 1 percent if that was the actual case. Seeing how not all cheaters would be on concurrently."

    3.  He followed up with, "For it to be every other game, it would have to be in the 30s or 40s I'm guestimating.  A quarter or more would have to be cheating. So if let's say you have 30,000 online, but 12,000 we're cheaters, that's more likely that every other game you'll encounter a cheater. You won't encounter a cheater every other game with 30,000/300. Statistics say that's not very likely."

Nobody spoke up against this rampant and pathetic stupidity, except me.  Not a one of you.

Nobody even mentioned how this is "probability" and not, "statistics," and anyone with a basic understanding of statistics would understand that this is not a, "statistics," discussion.  But that's the level of obfuscation that has been handed out, by "players," on a daily basis.

Oh, and this was a player who, in bf3, had a 0.9 kdr, in bf4 had a 0.3 kdr, and in BFV wound up with a 3.4 kdr...

What changed?  ANY IDEAS?  ANYONE?  BUELLER?  BUELLER?  BUELLER?

On the last part. My kdr was awful on 3 due to having a trash pc along with bf4. "In comparison"
Even the best players start out from the toilet. Lets not mention how much play time someone had.
    It's a bit of a stretch.

    @Red_Label_Scotch

Mad props for all the work you put in bud. Takes a lot of effort to record, grab game reports and submit tickets.
It’s tough with the number of players cheating and the energy it takes plus the slow processing times on EA tickets right now.
I think you and @Rogue-N9 have done a great job on educating on esp. I have went into more recent games where I think your numbers can be more like 5-6 in a match using it.
We get the satisfaction of seeing a few banned accounts, but sadly on the PC with bfv it’s a drop in the bucket.
It’s nice to see a cause and action statement even if you can’t control the result rather than just some of the mindless rants sometimes making their way in here.
Thanks, I appreciate it.  The gaslighting, as you can see, is bad.

    Gaslighting - Wikipedia

Gaslighting is a form of psychological manipulation in which a person or a group covertly sows seeds of doubt in a targeted individual, making them question their own memory, perception, or judgment, often evoking in them cognitive dissonance and other changes such as low self-esteem.

Here are a few gems from the old BF5 thread:

Until I see that cheating is happening I'm not going to believe it is happening

    al3xdas0ul https://forums.battlefield.com/en-us/di ... rrently/p4
Haven't seen a single cheater in all my hours in game.. barly any in battlefield 1 either... I think a lot of the blame in this game is the bad TTD (netcode issue)
    jezzzeh https://forums.battlefield.com/en-us/di ... rrently/p4
I can hand on heart say I haven't seen a single overt cheater yet.
Not saying they are not there in some form but none of the Insta headshot from 800 yards with the a pistol types.
    ueberladung https://forums.battlefield.com/en-us/di ... rrently/p4
I've got nearly 50hrs on record and did not see a single cheater. Maybe there was one here and there but nothing obvious. I honestly think OP is just a real noob xD. Sorry
    paulocosta https://forums.battlefield.com/en-us/di ... rrently/p5
After +10,000 hours playing bf, since 2005 july with 34 battlefield purchased at launch, between games and dlc, there is no skill, skill = cheat.

Yes, you can be a novice or noob, but after years playing, you will be a good player, just it.

All I hear is "man I'm getting my butt kicked, these guys have to be cheating. I'm going to complain on the forums."
    jaifro https://forums.battlefield.com/en-us/di ... rrently/p9

    I haven't seen a single hacker yet ..

99% of time people call hacks; it's simply dying to someone better than them.

    djitsu
Exactly. Like I mentioned in another QQ thread the other day, if you go onto the hacker's forums there are countless ppl whining about being banned by FF. Yeah, you might come across hackers(i think I have once or twice but hard to tell without spectating)but I have faith they're not lasting more than a game or two. My suggestion to ppl who aren't used to online fps gaming yet, instead of blowing a gasket and getting high blood pressure, report and move to another server. It's not like there are a bunch of hackers in BF5 atm. Nothing like CS used to be for eg. And know guys, there ARE many ppl much better than you, better hardware, internet etc. Plus the code is a bit wonky and lag/packet loss makes fps games do weird things sometimes. Also, people just don't want to hear the freaking out and QQing all the time. Just know, most of us roll our eyes when we hear HACKER!!!OMG!!!1111
    vcm0x
fairfight is as good as it's going to get because we don't see those players anymore. sure there are still hackers but they are trying to look legit to avoid fairfight ban. and those dumb hackers that go 500-1 immediately get the ban hammer.

This gem, from above, "Yeah, you might come across hackers(i think I have once or twice but hard to tell without spectating)but I have faith they're not lasting more than a game or two. "

If that's not pretty much the classic gaslighting tactic, I don't know what is...Yeah, "not lasting more than a game or two."  How out of touch can you be?

But then, we got gaslighting from developers, too.  The beloved Tiggr_ took part in it.

I called him out recently, citing one of his original posts about the anti-cheat:

tiggr Multiplayer Producer 13 points · 1 year ago

It means we don't talk about anti cheat details as it tips off the cheat makers. But we are doing quite well on that front, is all I can say.

    https://www.reddit.com/r/BattlefieldV/comments/9nebvk/battlefield_v_reddit_amaa_on_fri_oct_12th_at_9am/e7n9i94/

He posted on reddit, and I followed up with him.  Turns out..He didn't mean that the anti-cheat was doing well, but that, "IT WAS GOING TO DO WELL," (according to predictions)

    Here is the dialogue.

Tiggr DICE: "I think you understand there's more to things than what meets the eye publically. Perhaps, even rationales that drive priorities away from what I (and Dan/others) personally want to happen. Not saying that's right, but when posting both of those posts - it was very much the truth."

Scotch Reddit: "No, the anti-cheat was NOT doing well one year ago. It was doing better than it is now, but it was not doing well. I and many others that saw the leaderboards, disagree. Even the cheater forums stated, pretty much at the time of your, "doing quite well" post, that BFV was "the game to cheat in," because of the status of the anti-cheat."

Tiggr: "There was lots of good things in the pipeline which was causing us to predict results and visibility (which is the key missing factor atm really)."

Scotch: "I don't deny that what you say is true. So, your, "We are doing quite well on that front," was a statement of, "making progress toward the anti-cheat," rather than the anti-cheat functioning itself? Is that what you are saying?"

Tiggr: "In a nutshell, yeah. That and many other details I can't really talk about"

That's not condoning anything or agreeing.

    Hey guys,
So I had the day off today and have been playing bf5 almost all day today (I'm on US East btw). As you can imagine I've been in alot of games, and in almost all of the lobbies there was a blatant hacker, sometimes even 2. I don't hand out hackusations lightly either, I'm well aware of how skilled people can be at this game. No, I'm talking about the, shooting you through walls, smoke, 90-0, literally sniping you across the entire Hamada map consistently hacker. These guys are destroying your servers. Its at the point where when I go to server browser if the lobby isn't full, it usually has a hacker in it. This is a serious problem DICE. These are your OFFICIAL servers, they are supposed to be the cleanest and fairest servers out there, and at this point community servers would be cleaner than this. How on earth are they being allowed to go on this long without being banned? Your building a reputation for your franchise that welcomes hackers cause they know they can get away with it in your game. It seems as if literally no one is moderating these servers, and with these hacker accounts at level 60+ its obvious nothing is being done about them. We need anticheat that actually works, battle eye or something! The fan base has had enough, and we want these guys gone, IP ban and all.
