Anti-cheat efforts is of HIGH priority for us. We want the battlefield to be enjoyable and as fair as possible. With every release and update we improve our anti-cheat systems to mitigate against new and existing cheat programs, bots, etc. Battlefield V will have the latest and greatest, and we will continue to dedicate resources to improving throughout Tides of War. - This is a blatant lie !!!!!!!!!!!

    @Red_Label_Scotch
Why is it that I make a level headed comment with no vitrial it gets taken out of context and labeled as gas lighting. Like I get that you just learned the word but come on man when was the last time I gas lighted about cheaters? Its bad dice do better what else do you want me to say?

We get it you had a disagreement with the man on percentages. I even disagreed with part of it chatting with him at the time. What I dont understand is why you keep lumping me in with something I have a slight disagreement on which you keep alluding that he may be cheating.
Thats all I stated. The fact you have to go on a tangent is just weird.

If you actually want to have a discussion just pm because right now I feel like you're "gas lighting" the situation.

    People have bad takes.

I would have actually considered talking to you, except (see above quote).

Not even close, not even close.

But, it's a good attempt at trolling.

Are you pelliying dumb?  Your claim of, "you just learned the word gaslighting," is just a silly attempt at condescension.  It's basically trolling, and now you're pretending that you didn't see it, and that it didn't happen.  It's kind of entertaining in a way.  But, I do thank you for the apt illustration of gaslighting for the entire rest of the forum to see.

Sure they care, but maybe it's more about who they prioritize. Your $80 against one who spends many times more $ on multiple accounts and buys skins for $ you can dream of. Dice is the same as all online casinos that claim to care about their customers with controlled gambling, but in fact want to fool you every $ in a neat way, where you become the culprit in the end.

The thing is, they don't spend many more times that on multiple accounts: they buy hacked accounts for under one USD each.

Or I just actually believed you have just learned it since you misinterpreted my intentions in the statement that started all this. If it came of condescending thats my fault. I'm just here to have a discussion and confused why you're so combative against me when I disagree on something.

If you didnt just learn it thats fine thats just a misinterpretation just like with my statement.

It's these types methods along with origin subscriptions that bug the hell out of everyone. Should be easy knock outs for ea. They just choose not too.

@ pajsner    Sure they care, but maybe it's more about who they prioritize- if they really cared, the game would be fixed and would not be the steaming pile of disappointment that it is !! just saying, bro !!!

Man you have become completely unhinged.
You can just take a look on the leaderboard on battlefield tracker to see the enormous amount topping them. I don't give two sharts how "good" you are its takes a good 5 minutes to easily find someone.

I'd like to know if I can get a refund for BF5. Because when I purchased it, I fully expected good clean fights. However I'm seeing some blatant cheating. People laying on the floor but moving fast like they're running popping people off. I saw one person jump down on top of a group of enemy units on my own team with a pistol & head shot them all.

I report, I save video's but nothing ever seems to be done. If it's not wallhacking, its aimbots & the amazing ability for people to instantly turn & kill you if you shoot at them from behind, like they instantly know where you are & pop dead. I've played a lot of FPS games & I know the difference between player controlled movement & instant movement aided by cheats.

I reported one player 2 months ago with a ton of video showing him with 100+ kills with 0 deaths & came across the same player again recently doing the same stuff.

I feel greatly let down by the lack of aggression EA show in combating cheating. They did well with BF 2142. The games were utterly broken with cheating & they cracked down on it & it became really enjoyable. With this, players seem to know where you are like your walking around with Christmas lights all over you.

I accept some people are really good. But like I've said, there's actions that no mouse or controller could simulate by human hand. If you get shot at from behind, you have to turn & look for who's shooting you. I've seen people instantly turn & pop pop killed the enemy.

Maybe if I give the game a miss for a few months & come back, things might change. But as things are right now, I feel like I've been sold a con.

Here's a reminder to you all, especially those of you who followed and didn't speak up, this is the type of obfuscation that happens.  This is from the old BFV hacker thread:

    1.  I made the claim, "One percent of the playerbase cheating means one cheater roughly every other match."

Do I really have to explain that a match is 64 players, so 2 matches is 128 players, and 1/128 is "roughly 1 percent."  Do I have to explain it?  Well, follow along, because, YES I DO HAVE TO EXPLAIN IT.

    2.  Someone else said, "still waiting on @Red_Label_Scotch to explain math to me. How 1Pct equals 1 cheater every other game as laid out by my example shows that that would equal more than 1 percent if that was the actual case. Seeing how not all cheaters would be on concurrently."

    3.  He followed up with, "For it to be every other game, it would have to be in the 30s or 40s I'm guestimating.  A quarter or more would have to be cheating. So if let's say you have 30,000 online, but 12,000 we're cheaters, that's more likely that every other game you'll encounter a cheater. You won't encounter a cheater every other game with 30,000/300. Statistics say that's not very likely."

Nobody spoke up against this rampant and pathetic stupidity, except me.  Not a one of you.

Nobody even mentioned how this is "probability" and not, "statistics," and anyone with a basic understanding of statistics would understand that this is not a, "statistics," discussion.  But that's the level of obfuscation that has been handed out, by "players," on a daily basis.

Oh, and this was a player who, in bf3, had a 0.9 kdr, in bf4 had a 0.3 kdr, and in BFV wound up with a 3.4 kdr...

What changed?  ANY IDEAS?  ANYONE?  BUELLER?  BUELLER?  BUELLER?

On the last part. My kdr was awful on 3 due to having a trash pc along with bf4. "In comparison"
Even the best players start out from the toilet. Lets not mention how much play time someone had.
    It's a bit of a stretch.
That's *all* he has to say on this...Nothing at all about the ridiculous lack of capacity for mathematics.  Just a defense of the person gaslighting.

More condoning of the gaslighting, folks.

    I rest my case.
Tyrone is not defending the particular individual, nor do I have any desire to tackle the matter. However, Tyrone's point is completely valid, you can't draw solid conclusions based on an incomplete presentation of facts.

For the first four thousand deaths I went negative in BF1, as it was my first multiplayer FPS, playing on an old computer. Got to 2KD by 80k kills, 3KD by 220k kills. Now I'm fairly consistently pulling sessions between 5-10 KD and 3-4 KPM. I have the odd session at over 4.5 KPM, which is insanely high. All thanks to various improvements and poor opponents.

I appreciate your enthusiasm, but frankly I'm willing to say that your perspective is rather limited due to your own personal abilities and lack thereof.

Go ahead and tell me what fact presentation was incomplete.

I group with plenty of people who go well over 4.5 KD and high KPM.  I'm the medic that keeps them there.  But, please, WRT the Gaslighting and the "1%" discussion, oh, please do tell me what was incomplete.  I'd love to hear it.

As for my, "skill," not all helicopter mechanics are helicopter pilots.

But yet, here you are, defending the rage hackers, the ones that I've been complaining about the whole time, and not about players like you.  The fact that you are chiming in on this makes me think that you just might have a guilty conscience for some reason.

    Food for thought.

Now, make sure to message a few old friends from the old thread, to have them come in to back you up, ok?

    Bye.

    You have become completely unhinged.

Fun fact, there is hack software that does not show overlay and acquires targets at head and/center mass with the press and hold of a key of your choosing.

This enables them a cheater to “quickly acquire” a target and stay on point when they desire, or to not use it and do it the old fashion way to avoid obvious detection.

Battlefield V (PC) does not appear to monitor for this as countless videos of this software in use are rife on nearly every streaming site.

At it’s core it is really insidious because it can be enabled / disabled at the press of a button.

Some Streamers have even been recorded using this. They show their hand when they make the habit of pressing it excessively or by accident.

As a viewer, just because they are streaming and have a face cam does not defend or provide any evidence that someone is not cheating.

You know when they’re caught with the software enabled as they will go from fair play to suddenly making a headshot, make a 180 degree turn and track someone else behind cover a mile away.

One that has been busted for this before is still playing now and has a following of a sizable number of viewers (as depressing as that is) and besides a brief “break from the game” he is back at it again. Likely because he was waiting for his suspension to clear.

    My point:

Whether or not someone streams with a face cam is no evidence that they aren’t cheating.

Whether or not you can see an overlay on their displayed screen is no evidence that they arn’t cheating.

Watch their gameplay closely, and an experienced player can tell when the line crosses professional grade gamer, to clearly using artificial aim assistance.

    Ultimate frustration:

Proven cheaters, should be permanently ban.

    Not suspended.

Whether or not someone has an audience following them should not hold weight or any influence over a decision to ban them when proven to be cheating.

This is clearly not being done, even to the point streamers are cheating now.

This only broadcasts the problem more, which instead of highlighting the problem to be fixed, is instead advertising to liken minds which game to go to, to cheat and build an audience with...

Hey Tyrone. I get RLS's frustration. Personally I don't even tackle esp at the moment. There's enough rage aimbotter's with large mag LMG's running around ruining US servers nightly to keep me busy. Just getting the video and submitting tickets for those players and attaching daily game reports is enough of my time (especially now with the much longer processing times than when I originally started submitting).

I too, like RSL, record esp'ers and point farmers.

    1. Some of the tactics point farmers are using to pad their stats is absolutely sad, but inevitable if you're going to create a rewards system solely based on a stat. I can't imagine jumping into a match and being of no value to your team doing what they are doing at the moment and I won't get into specific details as consoles are vulnerable to what these players are doing as well.
    2. ESP. I still use @Rogue-N9 video as the standard for breaking down the generally not so subtle "tells" that would give away a player using this cheat. It's tough to fight human instinct when you can see everyone not to want to lock on a target long before you should be able to see them in game play. I have followed guys that are on one the outlying CPs away from the fray that have just dropped a target and immediately turn their attention in a direction where you're like "what tipped that off". There fov on  the mini is fixated in one direction, they travel 2-3x the length of the mini map, players not spotted on their mini, none of their own players are around (so you can scratch off  Discord), they have had to clear 1-2 corners and all the while their aiming cross-hair has never left the area where the target should be. One time you can dismiss, but many times in a game...like Rogue-N9 said, "yeah, I don't think so". It's amazing you look at a 32 player team and take that 1 or 2 players out looking at some the key overall stats how much it can shift the standard deviation...hmmmm

@RSL. Keep doing what your doing because you're doing something.
