Xbox One sound issues

i am finding that one day the game sounds awesome, the next it can sound really quiet with really low ambient noise.
A reboot does not fix this but find it may be server related?
Has anyone noticed how the sound can seem really low one day then really powerfull the next?
Tried all sorts of settings and find this is defiantly a game issue?

It happened to me after I switch the audio settings around and then back to what they were.
