Planes were given bomb sights, fine, but for the love of god please stop them from OHK'ing land tanks on full health in pacific.
It's totally miserable being taken out on full health from something you often can't even see coming at you, and when you have removed from tankers all ways and means to try and evade, use cover, fire back, specs, the ability to exit fast, an engineer class. All we have left are luck shots if you drive up terrain and raise the fire arc which is like never going to happen against a half decent pilot that's targeting you, and you have so many planes now in this mode.
The FF, LVT AA and SAA are crap, only good when used by mic'ed up squads or solo vs scrub pilots. They don't prevent what's happening in pacific when competent pilots are present CQ and mainly BT.
Had another painful experience just finishing off the bugged tow to get the new smg felt like it was going on forever even though I knew I needed to be the squad leader.
Didn't try the gun out just relieved I didn't have to play anymore.
The number of times I was like HOW MANY BULLETS!!! and this gun used to be good! Had to go back to the same old 3 guns in the end.
The Type 2 is a problem. Not because the gun itself is a problem,but the gun balance is completely non-existent. There are two viable picks for medic right now. The Jungle carbine and the Type 2. While the rest of the weapons aren't inherently bad, there's absolutely no reason to pick them. 20m is a joke distance. Even longer ranged SMG's like the Mp34 and Mp40 still have no power at range. If you have to close the distance and charge in face first,why not just use the blender that's the Type 2? For anything longer than that,just take a Carbine. Tried to use the De lisle carbine today. It was awful. The slow bullet speed made using it outside of CQB range useless,and fighting inside of that means you're going to get torn up by automatics and shotguns. The tomboncino was a stable middleground...but I was having much more luck with the Jungle.

I had to stop myself again from trying to take shots at people outside melee distance because I knew all it'd do is **** them off and give away my position,which just led into more CQB combat as the people who otherwise would have been killed or wounded have no fear to charge around as they please.

Besides that, HEY, I didn't crash this week. Miracle. Some extreme stuttering and frame drops when towers blew up but nothing that bad

DICE what have you done with this game do you see it? There was to be a variety of weapons and in half of the conquests everyone is medic and they fly with Type 2A do you see it? As if you had the honor and want to save face you should restore patch 5.0 faster. You supposedly well only that in conquests such as havoc, Rotterdam, Narvik ... everyone runs with Type2A and has 3 times better results than others and for this everyone plays with this weapon. Dear God, you see and don't roar. I know you see it only now you don't have the courage to take it all back. God, my love, that I will not mention team conquests because you cannot play them completely because of what you have done, 16 players out of 16 are medics from Type2A, did you mean such balance and diversity? Congratulations. Then you played with different weapons now everyone plays in team conquests as well as on most conquests with one weapon Type2A. What have you done to this game? I die now a million times faster than the damned type2A than I died then from SOUMI. I hate you for that, then the ROF was balanced by recoil and accuracy and now it is balanced by damage which just works badly and I will not stop hating you until you change it. Now on all team conquests for 16 people 12 are medics with Type2A having K / D after 30/2 and on large conquests also on half of the map most play with Type2A and have K / D 50-70 / 10. That you balanced this game, let the balls hit me. Restore patch 5.0 completely only so you will save your honor and this game. This game is now broken completely and everyone is playing Typ2A. God, I hate you for this patch 5.2 and its hotfix 5.2.2, you have no idea. It turned out the opposite of what you wanted because the best players have 70 Typ2A kills and do not give the least chance to the rest. I play quite well and die a million times more often than when he was "old" SOUMI. I quit playing BFV a few weeks after 5.2 and so did four out of my five friends playing the game. If the changes to gunplay wouldn't have made me quit, lack of friends certainly would have.
I feel that the damage might be irreparable in a month or two, because I feel my interest waning already.
It was a good game and I hope it will be that again.

BlindChance in this case the telemetry data will show DICE how many people stopped playing post 5.2 which is the Churn data that drove the first TTK change and resulted in its subsequent reversion as well. Paired with the rather vocal feedback across multiple social channels and DICE will have a good idea of where the community is at both verbally and in practice.
I after this amendment 5.2.2. I still play although I want to go back to 5.0 Some weapons can be played although these are just a few weapons for all classes. I don't need any telemetry data because I can see from the servers that fewer people are playing and they are completely different, weaker players. Yesterday in the conquest of Al Sundan I had 30/13 and the second did not even have 20 killings. https://zapodaj.net/887b58f6bcd02.png.html It has never been this way, I now declare my opponents more than once and it never happened to me before and I was good and now I am often very good. So surely many veterans left this game and a lot of new ones came. When I play often, e.g. Panzerstorm and see who I had to play with, my heart breaks because I know that the game will be torment and I play with 20 amateurs, it used to be more equal. I see it and say it from my own observations. The pool of players is completely different, they are much weaker and there are fewer servers, and team conquest has died and these are the facts that led to their changes.

As soon as they admit this, we will answer: "Then revert this crap".
And that's a way they do not want to go, hell knows, why. So they prefer to ignore the problem and issue weekly debriefings and other useless crap as if there were no protesting community at all.
I have found a good game to play while waiting: Red dead redemption 2. It's fantastic and it can last forever. And that's good because it seems it will take Dice forever to revert to 5.2
Oh boy... where do we begin? I'm mostly an infantry player so I can't say much about vehicle balance. I will largely be touching on the worst offenders when it comes to weapon v weapon balance. I'd also like to apologize for a reply I made several months ago that was unnecessarily angry and rude. Also, this comment is a mini-novel... sorry, there's A LOT to go over. Ooofff...
ASSAULT RIFLES: Primary weapons are STG 44 or nothing. It's the best AR bar none. It's worse TTK is barely noticeable when it has so little recoil.
The Ribey is generally a worse STG 44 with negligibly better recoil and it's PAINFULLY terrible inside 10m because it can't kill in 4 shots, it has to take 5. Its better damage at range means nothing because it's only better than the STG-44 past 75m... which you'll likely never be engaging in. I would recommend the Ribey to have a 5 shot range increase to AT LEAST 40m (it only 5 shots inside 30m), preferably 50m.
The STG 1-5 should be able to kill in 4 shots inside 10m. It's more CQB oriented. There's no reason why the STG-44 beats it inside 10m but it does anyways. The only thing the STG 1-5 has going for its is its ludicrously low recoil that allows it to cheese Headglitchers. Seriously, it's a headshot machine.
The M1907 does not need to drop to 6 shots outside of 15m. Dear god, why? It's 5 shot range should be extended to AT LEAST 20m. 25m tops. Its role is to be CQB but its ranges are so short that is hard to utilize its power; we are rarely fighting THAT close. DICE already told us that we usually die inside 22m. Lets balance it around those values.
The Breda should also have its 4 shot range extended to at least 20m. In all actuality, it should probably be extended to 30m
SEMI AUTOS: They used to be amazing, they are now some of the objectively worst guns in the game. They all saw MASSIVE ROF decreases and MASSIVE damage reduction; they didn't get "Rebalanced" like everything else did, they got NERFED into the ground. They are absolutely USELESS.
All Semi Autos should have their ROF returned post update. I understand the thought behind lowering the minimum damage on them as they, largely IMO, made Scout's SLRs irrelevant (Assault's SARs are easier to use, more forgiving, have WAY more ammo per reloads and have very respectable TTKS, an immensely better TTK when landing headshots) The ROF nerf was utterly and completely unnecessary.
The Gewehr 1-5 is pathetically underpowered (outside of 10m its TTK approximately drops to 600ms!) It's 3 shot range needs increased to at least 20m, preferably 30m.
The Selb 1916 is literally worse than pistols. If you have PERFECT accuracy, the S1916 will take 600ms to kill inside 50m. Its recoil is also too heavy for how slow it shoots.
The M1A1 carbine has literally the same BTK at all ranges to the STG 44...yet it shoots 150 RPM slower, that's even if you're reaching its max RPM. Its 4 shot range needs to be at least 30m so it actually has an advantage.
SMGs :The "Balanced" SMGs and "High ROF SMGs" are largely OK to me so I won't really be touching on them. I would recommend, however, that the "Balanced SMGs" should have their 5 shot and 6 shot kill range increased by 5m. So it would be 25m (from 20m) and 35m (from 30m).
The Nambu Type 2 pandemic: Good God, what was DICE thinking? I hate crying for nerfs, but this thing needs nerfed. Hard. When you run Light Bolt on the Suomi, 1928 and ZK 383, you give up A LOT. You have 20 rounds, firing almost 17 rounds a second, slow reloads and very heavy recoil. Yeah, you don't get any of that with the Type 2A. And it STARTS OUT at 1,000 RPM. With 30+1. You can give it 50 rounds if you want, or an absolutely ludicrous 1,200 RPM. It's been out of for 2 weeks now and it's not just a Honey Moon feel. This thing is way too powerful. It has one of the best TTKs in game and it's outrageously easy and forgiving to use. Its Max Damage should be reduced to taking 6 hits from 5. Its recoil pattern needs to be more aggressive and more unpredictable as it recoils heavily to the left, but fairly predictably. This thing needs to shake like the M240B from BF3.
The "AR SMGs" (MAB and MP34) are a very good concept, I don't think it translates well in game.
Largely, I think the MAB is flat out better because its ROF by default is 600 RPM vs the MP34's miserable 514 RPM. And with the MAB you can have that 600 RPM AND a 30 round magazine. The MP34 doesn't get that luxury. You can increase its ROF to 600 RPM but you lose the ability to have the Extended Mag. And it's only in paper that the MP34 has better recoil; they both have fantastic recoil. So what do we do? I'm interested in your thoughts. I think the Max Damage should be increased to 24 from 20 so it can kill wounded targets with fewer shots for the AR SMGs. Maybe extend their 5 shot range slightly, too.
MACHINE GUNS
The LS-26, FG-42 and Madsen are the poorest performers IMO. The LS-26 and FG 42 need the same damage buffs that I ask for for the M1907. They lose power WAY too quickly. They DON'T need to hit 10 BTK. That's ridiculous.
The FG-42 and Madsen are largely irrelevant because of the Bae.A.R. Sorry, I mean BAR. The BAR kills faster than the FG 42 and has negligibly worse recoil. Whoopdeedo.
The BAR ALSO has the same damage model as the Madsen when you put it on its Slow ROF mode. So it's objectively way more versatile than both. I don't want the BAR nerfed, I do want the FG-42 and LS 26 buffed.
The Madsen should have the Ribey's damage model. The flat 6 BTK is egregiously stupid.
MMGs: Their reckoning has been coming a long time and I've been asking for it but jeez DICE, if you were going to do THIS to them, just delete them from the game. They're so bad now that if you actually can kill someone with you, you should TBag them just to rub it in that you shouldn't of killed them.
I think by reducing their BTK by one at all ranges could help these out (Besides the MG42 & VGO but they still need tuning). Instead of generally being 6-10 (LOL are you serious), we'd reduce it to 5-8. Kinda like the Ribey.
The 1919A6 should be reduced to 4-7 from 5-8.
The S2-200, due to its tiny magazine, should probably have a BTK of 5-6 (there's too many factors working against this MMG to not have a good TTK).
In general, I think MMGs should have "Good" to "Very Good" TTK values, not the best outside of One Shots like they were. They now have painfully pathetic TTK. It is risky to use MMGs and as much as I hate to say it, they need to have some rewards to go with it.
SCOUT: I won't be talking about SLRs and Bolt Actions. I don't really like them nor am I really experienced with them
Pistol carbines. Objectively the WORST gun class in game. At 20m, these POS's drop to 700ms. That's with perfect accuracy. ARE.YOU.KIDDING.ME?
Their 4 shot range should be increased to a minimum of 20m where they can have an Approx. TTK of 400ms. That's still not good. But they would have a 1 BTK advantage on most other full auto weapons which would put them at a very roughly approximate similar TTK.
SHOTGUNS: Yes, I know, we hate them. The nerf wasn't necessary though. These are some of the worst shotguns (if not the worst) in BF history. What I want is to NOT EXTEND their One Shot range. But, make their pellet cone tighter (considerably) and give them slightly better damage over range and better Damage Drop Off End ranges. Basically, they'd be harder to use but have more rewards.
How I'd like to see them as that they'd be a guarantee 1 shot inside 10m, 2 shots at 20m (Using the M1897 as an example, that would roughly by 600ms as its TTK...that's REALLY slow) and then they start to really nose dive from there.
Slugs should never take more than 2 shots at any distance; you're already chucking a big, slow, cumbersome rock at someone. And maybe adjust headshot values to where they can't One Shot headshot past 50m so they don't compete too heavily with Scout's Bolt Actions.
AT RIFLES: Can these things just not exist? There is absolutely no reason for them to One Shot infantry to the body. No one uses them to engage armor or damage cover. They use it exclusively to kill infantry. That's HARDLY an Anti Tank/ Anti Material role...
Lets omit the ability to One Shot infantry and let it take a gadget spot on Scout.
It worked in BF1 with K Bullets; these rifles have a similarly slow as molasses ROF, I really can't see this being OP for Scout.
Reduce the amount of ammo to just one magazine that has to be refilled from Support's ammo crate.
Im not sure why i am even doing this since i know Dice isn't reading these but here we go anyhow. Since the changes in this 5.2 i feel as though the game has taken a turn for the worse. Ive played BF since bf Badcompany 2 and its been at least fun even through all the bugs. i used to play this game every day at least 2-3 hours a night to chill and have fun but ...since 5.2 the fun has disappeared and now i maybe will play 2 days just to finish the TOW (maybe). Tanks are armored beyond belief . Planes are back to being on infantry farm (thank you for this though. i did like the Ffuast because it punished me when i was reckless while killing infantry).
the switch was made to "diverse" weapons and yet here we are using the same weapons minus the new Nambu a2. All i ever see is the Stg, Ribs...actually that's all i see. Even in my 1-2 days played a week now i hardly ever see carbines, semis, any medic gun but the nambu, soumi or any thing from the support class( the 20 rnd LMGs are the worst all around). Range play is discouraged now since is almost impossible to kill anything at 50m+ with anything but a sniper.
The Spotting Discourages all tactical play with flanking or camping (though the camping did get a bit out of hand earlier). I had 3 friends lined up to buy and play this with me....but now i cant in good conscience tell them to get this due to the terrible state and poor health of the game( i went from full games constantly to maybe 20 on 18 on xbox if im lucky). I personally dont enjoy a company and wont encourage new consumers to buy a game that wont listen to its costumers.

Largely, I think the MAB is flat out better because its ROF by default is 600 RPM vs the MP34's miserable 514 RPM. And with the MAB you can have that 600 RPM AND a 30 round magazine. The MP34 doesn't get that luxury. You can increase its ROF to 600 RPM but you lose the ability to have the Extended Mag. And it's only in paper that the MP34 has better recoil; they both have fantastic recoil. So what do we do? I'm interested in your thoughts. I think the Max Damage should be increased to 24 from 20 so it can kill wounded targets with fewer shots for the AR SMGs. Maybe extend their 5 shot range slightly, too.
MACHINE GUNS
The LS-26, FG-42 and Madsen are the poorest performers IMO. The LS-26 and FG 42 need the same damage buffs that I ask for for the M1907. They lose power WAY too quickly. They DON'T need to hit 10 BTK. That's ridiculous.
The FG-42 and Madsen are largely irrelevant because of the Bae.A.R. Sorry, I mean BAR. The BAR kills faster than the FG 42 and has negligibly worse recoil. Whoopdeedo.
The BAR ALSO has the same damage model as the Madsen when you put it on its Slow ROF mode. So it's objectively way more versatile than both. I don't want the BAR nerfed, I do want the FG-42 and LS 26 buffed.
The Madsen should have the Ribey's damage model. The flat 6 BTK is egregiously stupid.
MMGs: Their reckoning has been coming a long time and I've been asking for it but jeez DICE, if you were going to do THIS to them, just delete them from the game. They're so bad now that if you actually can kill someone with you, you should TBag them just to rub it in that you shouldn't of killed them.
I think by reducing their BTK by one at all ranges could help these out (Besides the MG42 & VGO but they still need tuning). Instead of generally being 6-10 (LOL are you serious), we'd reduce it to 5-8. Kinda like the Ribey.
The 1919A6 should be reduced to 4-7 from 5-8.
The S2-200, due to its tiny magazine, should probably have a BTK of 5-6 (there's too many factors working against this MMG to not have a good TTK).
In general, I think MMGs should have "Good" to "Very Good" TTK values, not the best outside of One Shots like they were. They now have painfully pathetic TTK. It is risky to use MMGs and as much as I hate to say it, they need to have some rewards to go with it.
SCOUT: I won't be talking about SLRs and Bolt Actions. I don't really like them nor am I really experienced with them
Pistol carbines. Objectively the WORST gun class in game. At 20m, these POS's drop to 700ms. That's with perfect accuracy. ARE.YOU.KIDDING.ME?
Their 4 shot range should be increased to a minimum of 20m where they can have an Approx. TTK of 400ms. That's still not good. But they would have a 1 BTK advantage on most other full auto weapons which would put them at a very roughly approximate similar TTK.
SHOTGUNS: Yes, I know, we hate them. The nerf wasn't necessary though. These are some of the worst shotguns (if not the worst) in BF history. What I want is to NOT EXTEND their One Shot range. But, make their pellet cone tighter (considerably) and give them slightly better damage over range and better Damage Drop Off End ranges. Basically, they'd be harder to use but have more rewards.
How I'd like to see them as that they'd be a guarantee 1 shot inside 10m, 2 shots at 20m (Using the M1897 as an example, that would roughly by 600ms as its TTK...that's REALLY slow) and then they start to really nose dive from there.
Slugs should never take more than 2 shots at any distance; you're already chucking a big, slow, cumbersome rock at someone. And maybe adjust headshot values to where they can't One Shot headshot past 50m so they don't compete too heavily with Scout's Bolt Actions.
AT RIFLES: Can these things just not exist? There is absolutely no reason for them to One Shot infantry to the body. No one uses them to engage armor or damage cover. They use it exclusively to kill infantry. That's HARDLY an Anti Tank/ Anti Material role...
Lets omit the ability to One Shot infantry and let it take a gadget spot on Scout.
It worked in BF1 with K Bullets; these rifles have a similarly slow as molasses ROF, I really can't see this being OP for Scout.
Reduce the amount of ammo to just one magazine that has to be refilled from Support's ammo crate.
