A year i'm waiting EA to fix it .....  So what am i supposed to do ??   To ask for a refund ??

    I had this bug to from time to time
    Fix : Relog from Web browser
    Relog from Orgin
    Log back in

    Many games have bugs it depednds how PPL can adapt to them. Good luck.

    Yes, I have the same issue sometime on Google Chrome so when I see that message what I can do is use different browser, Microsoft Edge for example. That's good browser and battlelog works well with it.

    Log out of BL, log out of Origin, then log back into both and it should be fine. While BL certainly has its issues, far better than the UI they gave us in BF1/BFV

    Yeah it's classic bugglelog
    closing browser and reopen or logout login mostly fixes it
