I have a big issue. I just bought a monthly rental in BF1 on PC. The money was sent from my Bank Account but the server is still not showing up under my servers. I contacted the EA chat Support and I had an hour chat with tem and at the end their answer was that they dont support the BF1 server rental anymore, so they cannot help. I of course informed them that EA received money (43 Euros to be exact) from me and I did not get anything for it. I insisted that there has to be a department or something like that where I can get my money back, but they still insisted that they cannot help at all and they gave a common BF1 RSP link which was 2 years old...
I already contacted my bank to reverse the money transfer somehow but it will take time for sure because it is weekend. Just to provide all the information possible, i will and the whole chat conversation here. I hope you can help me.

You do understand that now this situation is ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ up really bad. I payed money and i did not get anything for it. There has to be a department for such issues at EA for sure. It does not happen only in BF1 for sure.....

And officially, you are the EA support, i cannot find any other platform, where i can open up a ticket or submit a case about this. I really doubt that there is no solution to this.
