And i just did hard resets on both and it's still not working. When contacting them they got my account which is fine, the told me to check network statuses and they were fine, then said contact them again with someone else later! Seriously what is going on!

Well i just went through 1 hour and a half for the people to take me through 2 steps of which did not work and all the rest I have tried for the the chatbox to stop letting me message the consultant last thing him saying I need a specialist!!  Why, this happens most days and now it doesn't work at all!  So frustrating.  Trying to contact them again now, 99+ ppl in sue, and I just waited 70 people.... wtf  is wrong, it's a ps4, the game should be running comfortably and compatably

What region are you playing from?

I find that I get the failed to connect to EA servers upon booting up the game. I can connect eventually by pressing a button, but still, such a nuisance.

Solved I think. What I did was connect with lan cable. Then going into the game it still goes into offline mode. I click x on play, hover over multiplayer (it is selected by default) then press r2 to connect. It has worked 3 times so far.

Maybe this works without lan cable too but I don't think so as I'm sure I tried that before

I find you have to press r2 more than once
