Kicked for missing ping

I just downloaded BF4 and my ping won't show up in games for some reason, and because of that I keep getting kicked out of servers. Is there anything I can do to fix this?

If i launch BF4 using my web browser, its shows no ping. If  I launch using Origin is does.
