What was your favorite Battlefield Moment? Was it hiding in a pillbox in Battlefield 1942, flying jets in Battlefield 2, the explosions in Battlefield Bad Company 2 when leveling all of Arica Harbor, the first time you jumped off of Damavand Peak in Battlefield 3, revisiting Dragon Valley in Battlefield 4, or pulling off your first Heist in Battlefield Hardline? To be sure, the Battlefield franchise has some epic, memorable moments – and we’re going to continue that with Battlefield 1 – but what were some of your favorite times from the battlefield?

Hitting my first rendezook in Bf3. Sucks that stuff won't be in Bf1 :'(. Good thing to see the flamethrower coming back, loved it in BC2!

Riding the third seat of the main battle tank on Rush in Grand Bazaar, jumping out at the M-coms to arm them, winning the round, and getting the MVP-ribbon (i.e., the highest score) with a K/D of 0/0

BF2, op clean sweep. Running with my squad over a hill, a jet and Blackhawk collide directly overhead. The wreckage falls right next to us just as an enemy tank comes around the bend. I hide behind the wreckage, my squad gets wiped. The tank spots me and a short game of cat and mouse ensues, seconds before a friendly jet carpet bombs the hillside, killing us both.

Very first match of my very first Battlefield.

Covering a squadmate with my sniper rifle as he ran up to a tank to attempt to blow it up with C4.

He got the C4 on the tank, but was taken out by a guy hiding in rubble before he could detonate. I capped the guy in the rubble, turned to the tank - shot my sqaudie's C4, blew up the tank.

Killfeed said I blew up the tank with an SV98.

In Battlefield 1942, I used to love to get into a plane at El Alamein and strafe those crossing the map in vehicles. Often they would get out and be stranded and have to run a while to get to an objective. Sometimes I'd fly around and finish them off. Sometimes I would just let them suffer the run.

Picking up vehicles with helicopters in Vietnam was a lot of fun. So was blasting music in a Jeep while charging at a Viet Cong position. And sniping through the jungle made for quite a few intense moments.

My favourite Battlefield moment was playing a massive clan match in Battlefield 1942. Our clan organized a tank and infantry strategy, supported by a bomber (maybe bombers). That is, if I am remembering this correctly. Anyway, the plan worked so well we beat the other clan so badly we set up another match after because the first one was over so quickly. I think we ended up playing multiple matches after that. It was a lot of fun, rival clans meeting for the first time then after the first serious match just having a good time playing 1942 and talking on Ventrilo well past midnight. This was back in 2003, I was 14 at the time, so playing a game with people well past midnight felt pretty cool. Also, IRC and GeoCities sites... those were the days.

Edit: Also, countless great moments created by Frostbite's wonderful destruction.

My legendary Flying LAV vs Heli :)
It took just a few hours of Battlefield for that to happen.

Repulsing an invasion force from landing on our island and destroying our MCOMs in BFBC2. But why use words when video can depict it so much more eloquently:

    Hi,
Certainly the coming of battlelog and BF3, which allowed me to play, and discover, converse, understand, fraternize with players from all countries (mainly in Europe and Russia).
Otherwise the best memory for me, BF3 Beta (PC burning) with Operation Metro in Rush, and Caspian Border in Conquest.

I think the best moment of my Battlefield career was assaulting ships in the Pacific maps of BF1942, with torpedo bombers and stationary emplacements. Coordinating your team and fleet to win those battles was probably the best experience I had of any Battlefield game.

Awesome . I loved that map.

Me . Grabbing jet on wake island , telling squad to hold spawn, flying to airfield at game start , bomb tank defending airfield , jump out at last minute , squad spawns , cap airfield within a minute of game start. Enemy team loses their mind .

Well it wasn't in game... It was at the BF1 reveal. Seeing the trailer before the world, the high bass seven nation army song, the hype in the theater cheering. Never will forget that epic moment of the greatest fans all in one room.

In game, for me is always the excitement of reaching the max rank. Seeing it pop up on the screen. Has happened since BC2 of getting the max level. Many other epic moments between i could list but we don't need a wall of text lol
