Natural casing Hotdogs with mustard onions and meat sauce. /thread!
When I lived in Texas, I worked at a place called Wienerschnitzel. We made really good hot dogs! Google that one, too!
Where I live in NY there are 3 renowned 80 year old hotdog places that do mustard onion and meat sauce.
It's known to cause fights around here if you claim one is better than the other to the wrong person. Also @TEKNOCODE they will shame you for getting ketchup on a hot dog and not mustard onions and meat sauce lol. It's like a pace picantis commercial " did you salsa? "
Good thing for me, I don't eat ketchup either! Plus, I only eat hotdogs that I make at home. I prefer brats at restaurants. @captinsmooth
I love me some Johnsonville beer brats!
A local market makes fresh beer brats. They are fantastic. For precooked, either Johnsonville or Boar's Head.
The market here carries an uncooked Johnsonville brat. They just started doing a uncooked polish kielbasa as well, that's really good.
If you haven't tried these yet I highly recommend them. I boil them in new castle beer for about 20 minutes then throw them on the grill to crisp them up and tighten the casings. https://www.johnsonville.com/lines/brats.html
Stubbs BBQ Sauce is good. I LOVE Sweet Baby Rays BBQ Sauce! The SAUCE is the BOSS!
I F*ING LOVE THIS STUFF!
Sadly being down under its near impossible to get. Luckily Aldi sometimes has country themed specials on Wednesday/Saturday and I usually try and stock up on some when it has the US week (usually around the start of July)

It's 715am and I want a friggin brat!
I know man, and I just had them Tuesday for dinner. Plus I picked up a pack of that kielbasa to try for the first time, and had that yesterday. I try not to eat them too much these days, as we are getting to be old men according to some of the youngins around here. Use to have them once a week along with a good hotdog. But I Need to start watching those nitrates...lol

Lol. I completely agree. We indulge about once every two or three months. It is going down this weekend though.

After my root canal today I want to eat everything discussed in here
Have you been starving yourself due to tooth pain?...lol
Fortunately I haven't really had pain. Just sensitive to cold stuff and super crunchy stuff really.
I've been dealing with that for about 6-7 years. I have seen two different dentists during that time. Knock on wood, they haven't found an issue...
I just went through that for about 6 weeks after a filling on a back molar. Went back a week later complaining that it hurt to chew and was cold sensitive. They checked it said it appears to be ok. Told me if it it didn't go away after a few more weeks that I would need a root canal. Thankfully it went away. But it's always an option for you if you are sick of dealing with it.

That reminds me; all I've eaten (yesterday) was a packet of chips. Damn you siege and your stupid host matching system.
Alright 1:30am fridge raid
I know

So I'm making do with a box of rice crackers and a carton on milk. I have serious issues; only hungry around 5:30pm and midnight
~
Also jelly is not jam
Ketchup is tomato sauce
Difference ways of saying thing from other countries; round one. FIGHT!
Where I come from if you called marinara/tomato sauce "ketchup" you might get shot lol
Jelly isn't jam agreed. Is salsa also tomato sauce?
YOU SHUT YOUR MOUTH!
That's a common term in NYC.
