Many years on........... My brand new RX460 with brand new fresh Win 10 Pro 64bit, has had its fill with this nonsence... So years on has there been a proper fix?
All weekend iv been baffled. Tryed regedt TrdLevel, 2 drivers from this year, two AMD drivers from last year. 3 fresh Win 10 installs. Unclocked RX460, Ccleaner.. 15 years, never seen anything like it.

Fixed. In new AMD drivers (Feb 2017) using WattMan, GPU frequency @ -18. and Power Limit % @ -10. Fixed. If I was playing/buying new games I would be raging. but since I'm back to PC gaming for after 6 mnth break, I'm going Battlefield retro, and all previous games. 2006 -2016.
