I let my 7 and 9 year old sons play as me, have since launch. Which is why i dont care about my k/d because they have been known to go 4-25 before.

You think its OK for kids of that age to play an M rated game? Have you shown them any porn or horror movies yet?

You are a legit moron. The game is M for violence and language. They can hear the language at school easily and on the violence side stuff it, it's a game. How you could compare that to showing kids porn is beyond me, but it would be far worse, also it would borderline on pedophiliaa. You're a Dbag and quite sick for even mentioning these things in the same sentence. Go choke on something.

Wow and you (and others) are allowed to type stuff like that without any repercussions???

What the guy said is absolutely right (and that is coming from someone that is allowing his kids to play the game), the fact that he exaggerated to make a point should not be misconstrued....its quite obvious and thus i am wondering why you lot are jumping him..

There is a reason why ratings exist, after that its on each one to make their own decision. Nobody can force anyone how they raise their children when it comes to matters such as this, don't believe he tried to tell anyone how to do their job.

@PrepJnr often joins me on the Battlefield™, NEVER in party, VOIP definately off and I'm sitting (and playing) right next to him.

This is my choice as a parent - but him and his youthful reflexes help me out and sometimes put other players to shame.

Some of his best work with BF1....

    And previous experience from SWBF......

Unlike the OP's situation, I'm probably better off giving him the controller :(

He exaggerated in poor taste, what he said was BS and had no place here. If someone wants to let their kid play battlefield that's on them, but for someone to come from left field the way he did with the statement he made, exaggerated or not is way over the line and I call things as I see them. Funny you're defending his sick sense of judgement to make a point and frowning upon me for thinking he is sick for taking it where he did

Lol, wasnt sure this thread would become judging Kaliyl moral compass.lol No, im not offended, but rather amused. Yes, BF1 is a "war" game which im sure has alot to do with its M rating, but it is rather tame compared to other titles as far as blood, gore, sex, etc... And no, they dont watch horror movies, or porn.

the ratings are by the industry. what parents decide to let kids play in their home is entirely down to them. the responsibility is theirs.

I understand you may have exagerrated about porn and horror, but I do think it touched on a raw nerve.

My kids have played on my console accounts, they are older than others mentioned, but that is MY choice as a parent. They are far better than me with a pad, I'm old and decrepit....

I think in hindsight, it is better to close it.
