The Selbstlader 1906 Factory/Sniper variants are the best SLRs for range, since they have the highest accuracy in the class. They also shoot at 300RPM, which is decent enough for an SLR. The Sniper variant has the additional advantage of having a scope and a bipod to further increase it's long-range capabilities. The damage model is also decent, since the weapon is a three shot kill at all ranges, with a two shot headshot for most ranges.

That, and this rifle looks much prettier than the likes of the Autoloading and 1907, which aren't really meant for long-range regardless.

The Mondragon Sniper is also considered to be somewhat decent for long-range. The Howell Sniper is also designed to be used in a similar manner, but it is using pre-TTK 2.0 spread values, so you should hold off on trying it until it is fixed.

Selbstlader 1906 Sniper. It has 300RPM, 800m/s bullet speed and once bipoded is a laser beam.

Funny, because I didn't really noticed this and thought the weapon was performing really really well. However it needs 4 shots to kill at distance. So it may not be the best option for long-long ranges.

The only gun that really fits that description is the Selbstlader 1906 sniper. The autoloading 8 .35 marksman might meet your criteria as well, but it is a 4 bullet kill past 70(iirc) meters.

From the choices given I'd opt for the Cei-Rigotti optical, but that's mostly personal preference. As others have said the 1906 would probably be the best choice overall.

1916 marksman is far superior pick over other medic rifles at mid-long range you want those safe multikills.
If you really care just about 1vs1 then RSC is like 2x better than anything medic has.
