I lost all my weapon unlock progression

I had everything unlocked. Now I have to start all over. Anyone else seeing this?
Level 140. I wanted to change my loadout and set the new revolver everyhwere, then noticed this problem.
I had just finised playing for a few hours with weapons I had already unlocked.

I had this issue once, closed the game on a loading screen and re-opened the game to missing all unlocks

Closing the game & restarting my system brought everything back

Also lost. All my classes are lv1, I've no warbonds and lost all my unlocked weapons.

Same here, stuck with default loadouts while in the main menu but while in a game it works fine.

Same here.

When I checked my Customize Soldier this afternoon all progression wiped. All unlocks... wiped. Over 9,000 in bonds missing and down to ZERO.

Oddly enough when I log onto the Battlefield app all my progression shows as normal.

Relogging into Xbox Live doesn't fix the problem.
Hard restart of Xbox One doesn't fix the problem. The full system restart, not just the "quick start".
Ensuring I'm "quit" out of BF1 after logging into Live does not fix the problem.

I really don't want to have to sit here for 3 hours and reinstall everything if the problem is NOT on my end. I find it hard to believe it's mere coincidence that there was a patch yesterday and today this problem pops up.

What the hell is going on here?

Same here went to customize and lost ALL PROGRESSION on weapons and classes leaving me at lvl 1 that's kind of a deal breaker for me. I am not redoing all of that. Took too long in the first place and i would rather not be at such a disadvantage since some of the weapons are **** poor compared to the other unlocked ones DICE get it in gear and FIX THIS!

Under Customize Soldier, I'm all level 0, no Warbonds, all starter weapons available ONLY.

Under Weapons and Gadgets, I can see my Class levels, and they show as normal.

I'm not too happy about this.

I am on PC by the way.

If you start a game, all your weapons and skins will be there.

It's just the Customize Soldier section that is a bit borked right now.

^THIS is correct, all works fine in game, and you get proper data under Weapons and Gadgets....

Customize Soldier is borked for sure.....

in game is fine, but come on, how many times being here with this UI problems? lost track already. And is sad to say, but at least not as bad as with the battlepacks and scraps issue, if someone remember.

Same for me, a restart didn't change anything.

It first appeared when I finished an assignment, I wanted to use the new specialisation, went to soldier customization and everything was on lvl 0.

Have got this problem on my xbox one as of today. But can use customise soldier in the companion to override it, also can't use customise in game. It's a pain but better than having lost all my unlocks as I first thought. As I've used all my war bonds and have not received any since about level 83 ish. Hope it gets sorted soon. As I write am now having trouble loading into a match

well I cant change them in game either, they dont show their either... and changing loadout on companion has never worked for me.. ever.

Have now been able to get into a game all weapons etc are back have yet to look in customise soldier section. I completely quit out of battlefield waited few mins then logged back in
