It’s been one of my pet peeves since BF1; Dices apparent inability to realize that what might work fine in one gamemode can be gamebreaking in another.
I’m not really a fan of CQ, so I’ve been playing Ops in BF1 and Breakthrough in BFV. These are gamemodes with 1 or 2 flag sectors. The 4000 lbs Mosquito bomb is an absolute joke in these modes! How Dice can’t foresee something like this is beyond me.
It’s a certain 3-5 kills per bomb dropped, only slightly less than the JB2 bomb.
This reminds me of the idiocy that was the heavy bomber in BF1. Yes, there were counters, it could be shot down. But even if the pilot only managed 1 or 2 attacks he could do very, very well (and probably have fun) just respawning in the plane and go to town repeatedly.

The 4000lbs bomb CAN do 5 kills in a run, but only when a objective is being taken and all players are on the same spot, the damage area is very small.
The objective areas (I think) are larger than in BF1 so hitting more than 1 enemy is harder than it looks.
And most defenders are outside the objective area with their 3x scope weapons.
Add to that, that even when your team has more than 15 snipers, none of them use spot flares so you throw your bomb on instinct/luck, since visibilty from a plane is total crap (on a tv on console).
The only way a vehicle player can do very well is when the enemy team is too lazy or too stupid to do something about it.
It takes less than a minute (including finding the plane and getting behind it) with a Stuka B2 to shoot down a Mosquito and that pilot can do nothing about it.

But for infantry only players even these weak vehicles are too much ... why do those players play BF or gamemodes with vehicles, I don't understand ...

I agree with you on the role of vehicles 100%. But I guess we disagree to how much of an impact is acceptable. Is 5 kills in a run acceptable? Of course. But I think it’s a bit much if 5 kills is almost guaranteed. Unless the pilot is completely clueless.

So the British has better fighter and bomber plane?
yes the British have better planes (fighters) but Germans have better tanks just as it was irl the only thing is there is not as many ways to counter the planes

Those 5 kills are NOT guaranteed, like I explained and know from experience.
The impact of vehicles is very low, also one of the reasons BF V is a camp game, you can safely camp with little risk of being killed by a vehicle.
Leveling the JU-88 C is an absolute nightmare it has a peashooter at start and toy bombs
Do dice decide on what specialization to put and where to place them in the tree by cutting the head of a chicken over a ring of spec icons and waiting to see where the body falls over?
All it takes is 1 or 2 competent fighter pilots or consistent AA users to deny enemy air steamrolls. If your team allows it, you deserve it. Only thing I'd say is to scale back the new Mosquito's fire rate ever so slightly to the fire rate of the Tank Hunter Attack plane of BF1 BUT making its damage output more consistent on targets with its splash/direct hits. There will always be that group of players that want everything that hampers their one class wonder style to be nerfed into oblivion.

it is a 99,9% certain death if you use SAA, so why would you do that?
Still better than the BF1 AA that was better vs planes than a fighter with rockets. I'd often get a response from AA campers admitting they would only do it because it was easy and they'd get more kills than by playing normally. That thing wasn't right and it spoiled everyone coming into this game.
However the SAAs are more useless because of blind spots and bad placements in this game, not damage.

Removing 25% to 50% of a passing plane that is attacking a friend or is under attack by a friend can make all the difference
Any kid who doesn't crash his plane on the ground after spawning is able to take down mosquitos and Ju88C, it's not a problem since those planes fly/turn super slow and have large hitboxes....
Stop crying, soon people will start to fly mainly fighters again, it's just because the plane is new... So you will see less mosquitos and ju88c through the days and other tides of war rewards...
Mosquitos and Ju88C are good but very very vulnerable, specially the Ju88C which doesn't have cannon+bomb simultaneously, does less damage compared to the Mosquito ...
