The game works just fine in DirectX 11 mode, but in DirectX 12 with DLSS and RTX enabled, it crashes to desktop without error within 10 minutes, sometimes on exit. It also crashes if I change options from DirectX 12 to DirectX 11 and try to exit the game. Another major issue is that every time a level loads with DirectX 12 enabled, it stutters for some 4 seconds, a behavior not preset in DirectX 11 mode.

A simple solution is to not run in DX12 mode. Some people have bad performance w/ it.

I think the stuttering is server side. I say this because I have three different machines that all get the stutters no matter the settings at times, other times they don't. The times that it stutters is during high player count times, evenings and weekends.

CTD with DX12 here with 2 different computers:

    9900k with 2080ti
    7980xe with 2080ti

Dx11 works fine, but with WAY less fps !

Are you on windows 1903? And try the Inspectre tool. Maybe that helps your cpu.

1809 on one and 1903 on the other. Spectre is disabled.

    Check documents/BF V/ Crash dump

See if any dump files exist.

The game runs fine for most people. Are you sure you are not running some program (on both PC's') that somehow makes BFV crash (this could be anything, antivirus, "overlay-program" etc)? Or perhaps you have 'tweaked' something in Windows?

When you have the problem on multiple PC's it seems like something you have done to your installation, makes the game crash.

Tried new windows 1903 install, but the same problem with CTD.

There is a big thread here with the same problem, so it's not just me :) The CTD problem in DX12 is real after the 2 last patches.
