They can make all the changes they want, but if the don't address the real issue the game is dead. EA has one chance to make this right, they will hurt future sales if they don't take this, the players seriously.

    Just my 2 cents

Agree 100% ! so done with the garbage of 100 plus kills to less the 10 deaths and nothing being done about it. Going back to World of War Craft for a while. I would rather pay $20 a month for a NO HACK game then continue to play this crap. Been playing BF since 1942 came out and BF5 ruined my love for this game. EA & Dice only seem to care about making the HACKERS happy by not fixing the issues and ruining the game for everyone else

I have only played for about 30 minutes after every patch update to see if some of these problems are getting fixed, and they're not. There are still invisible soldiers running around as of today, and I see several of them every single game. So the idea that "the most extreme instances of invisible soldiers" was fixed, is a flat out lie. It's no different than it was a month ago. I still get lag after I kill people in vehicles. If I'm tracking any assignments I constantly get lag and stutters. Which means I can't do assignments. I've tried everything at this point. I've tried sending in bug reports since April. I've tried posting videos here. The same problems exist. Everybody's looking for somebody to blame, but it's probably a perfect storm. The game didn't sell well, there's complacency with subsidiaries on salary, the community are constantly complaining etc. Morale is low, and they're probably not enthusiastic about fixing a game anymore.

They published an incomplete product and charged us heavily for the same. I feel like cheated. I don't know if the government has and law to sue the company like DICE and EA for selling and cheating the customers like this. I switched to PUBG, division 2 and black ops 4 for now.

I moved on with zero regrets. I will support any FPS not produced by EA.

Which game do you play instead? I'm thinking of moving on too. Because its obvious now that EA does not care.

You don't design a game by community feedback for a start. The community doesn't know it's backside from it's elbow. You don't ask them. Ever.

You hire talented designers that work well together under a unified vision, in a hierarchical structure with one visionary design lead at the top. You don't have a "everyone's input is valid" democratic socialist working structure like DICE do...." too many cooks, cocks up a game" as the saying goes. That's why we have contradictions in BFV like a fast and smooth movement system that is diametrically opposed to the slow-paced campy meta the rest of the game promotes - one design team is not aligned with the vision of the other.

Everything should go through the design lead's approval as it is his/her game. If it's a poor game, they don't get to make another one. End of. This is how you sort the wheat from the chaff . EA don't even know who is good and who is bad on their team, because everyone is responsible for all different ingredients and the whole resulting soup is tasting bad. Zero quality with zero accountability.

Most of the devs don't know what they are doing either, so they need to be clearly directed. That's literally all EA have to do, and that's literally the biggest thing they are doing wrong.

    Hire this man.

Well, the patch did some good on my end, but the game remains mediocre.
My biggest gripe is the difference in skill in this game. Most rounds see everybody shooting at eachother, on small areas. And yet there are always 2 going 20-0 in no time. I’m not going to debate with myself about the ifs and the why’s, its just something structural I notice.
It puts me off tbh. I don’t need to play with some others on steroïds. Sure, its fun for a round or two, But then I want to play a more balanced round. I can only imagine that new players get put off in the same way.
Rsp and clanservers could be the resque this game needs, but maybe that would show its issues even more.
You know, all that nerfing of weapons, to balance the game, just made it harder for casuals and new players.
It’s all fine for the pros, but not so fine for casuals like me. Again I need a dictionary to operate the weapons in this game.
And all that bs about laser beams, again that’s all fine for the pros. The casuals however just want to hit where they aim for.
    It’s a game after all.

The only issues I have is team balance, not skill, just having games with 25 v 14 a lot of times is the number one problem. And the hackers. But sometimes players are just as guilty. We should stop spawning in. By spawning in we just feed his k/d stats. Most will quit if they can’t get their high kills. I’m not talking about the pro players, it’s the player that’s going 100+ /5.
Other than that it’s playing as well as a online game involving players from everywhere.

Ill just throw my two cents in. If this was the first battlefield game ever produced it would have crashed and burned. Right now all DICE/EA has is the battlefield name and that is slowly loosing its weight. I personally loved 4 especially after they fixed a lot after launch but they fooled me with 1 and I naively  thought V would be different and it suffered from the same problems that 1 suffered from.

EA/DICE im a simple man I dont care about the goofy cosmetic bs or what ever I just want a decent, fun, and enjoyable WW2 game, but the hackers and the OP planes that rack up easy 100+ kills and zero deaths is absolutely ridiculous and if you cant see player stats and see whats wrong with it then you shouldn't be in the industry.

You still have enough players that if you did a huge content drop and implemented some good balancing solutions and fixed the hacker problem you could really turn this game around.

we have monitors that follow the conversations on the forums, my question is how come after reading the players posts, they should be reporting the complaints that are serious to ea.  I know they are there cause I got an e-mail chewing my butt for saying a forbidden word, that's fine, I learned a lesson, but don't they have any input that ea listens to?  I love the game, but I keep getting more and more frustrated by the cheating, I can live with a little cheating, but when it seems like just about every time I get killed I get killed by a cheater.  I get killed a lot by honest players but it seems like there more cheaters than honest players.  I am sure that there are cheaters on both teams, but that doesn't make the honest players fine with it.  rant over
