    same problem 8700k , gtx 1070, 16Gb ram

    cpu usage 80 - 100 %

    framerate 100 - 140 , but feels like 30

    No problems with BF3 - stable 200 fps , BF4 150 - 200 fps , BF1 150 - 240 fps ( framerate limiter monitor refresh rate 240 hz )

uninstall genderfield 5 after last great patch

it seems like quad cores arent good enough for this game to run smooth. you need 6+ cores if thats the case they should change spec requierements for this game

Better yet, they should make sure their patches work with the original specs they posted.

That is most likely the case.
    But 8700k is 6cores 12 threads.

Have you tried optimizing windows for gaming? I did it with an older cpu, and the improvement was significant.

But there may be still many windows functions running in the background. Search on youtube for how to do it manually.
Besides that, you do not mention what type of screen you use. If you have g-sync: Enable g-sync, force v-sync ON in windows (and disable in-game), and use a software like RivaTuner to limit the FPS 3-4 frames under your screens upper limit. I.e. 144 screens should be set to 141. This will reduce latency.
All these things will not eliminate results of bad game code, but it can help with things caused by your PC.

Is it on all maps? Or specific ones, rotterdam seems to hit my frames a bit, if u have things like nvidia geforce experience in the background, be sure to go through all its settings, it can drain cpu, also, ive noticed since the intel chip debacle and windows update that came as a solution my cpu suffered a good 20% in performance

well i just did it , uninstall this game. the game feel so sluggish it cant be tweaked on my end. either 64 players is too much for my cpu to handle or the game is busted.

i wont be buying a 1000$ cpu and 600$ new mother board and 400$ new ram just for this game to maybe run smooth.

Windows wouldn't normally be using resources that will affect game-play much, unless the system is really low spec (which it is not) or something is "borked" within Windows. Tweaking Windows doesn't really make much of a difference on most systems and can give unexpected issues (and therefore waste a lot time getting things right). Getting a few more FPS is not the question here.

Using Rivatuner is a good idea, but for best performance and input lag, don't use v-sync at all (in-game or in the control-panel).

    Well I'm running a 6 core OCed 4.2 ram 1920 x-58 with a 1080ti and with all the tweaks
I've done including the registry tweaks this game runs fine 90% of the time.
Makes you wonder of course, this computer is locked with O&O also win 10 1607.
    2560x1080 144hz locked @120

I posted earlier but for some reason my post was not approved I guess so it didn't show.

I play on medium - low settings on 1080p with 80 FOV(or something like that)
On 32 man modes I usually get 120-144 fps, averaging around 130.

I've only played 64 man Marita in the last few patches and I seem go get similar fps honestly with occasional dips to 110'ish.
So lately my performance has been better for an unknown reason.

    edit :
While my fps has been better lately, my ping is worse. And hitreg/netcode feels alot worse.
