10g download speed Xbox one S

So I have a 300x20 connection and my download speed for this update is never more than 60mpbs. Is there a cap on this ? Seems like I should be downloading at a much higher rate

It didn't take long ...about 15 min for me.
same... woke up... turned xbox on... took a shower.. boom done... lmao XD so many people griping about the 10gb
I get 60mbps and this update was the only thing trickling rather than pouring.
I reinstalled some random game to see & there's a giant difference in download speeds.
Update varied between 19 & 27mbps while Trials Fusion was over 70mbps.
