Ikr. I hope you guys realize that I post on Goon and Marxists walls when they get banned because you all inevitably respond. It's hilarious. Especially considering you guys say I'm obsessed because of it when Goon was actually the first one to do it, and I'm sure both you and him would hypocritically do it again if i got banned. I just think it's funny you say things like I'm pathetic when you're literally coming here and doing the exact same thing.
Honestly, it maybe bad advice. But yes it works. I WAS skinny af too (145 pounds). Years ago I worked out alot but couldn't gain weight because I simply didn't eat enough. The problem is when you're skinny the body simply doesn't want alot of food. I stopped working out and I started eating foods I love (Chinese, french fries, junk food etc...). My weight reached 190 and it was mostly fat since I didn't work out at the time. Then i started lifting weight again and eating healthy till I reached 220. The point is when you're skinny you simply don't eat enough, you need get your body to want more food even if that means eating unhealthy for a while.
Ohh I see but the main thing I wanna know is after going from 145 to 190 lbs eating foods you loved, did your whole body get bigger? Like for instance did your arms grew way bigger than it was before because of the fat you gained?
Absolutely it did. My arms, biceps, triceps, chest, thighs, hamstring etc... All got bigger simply from eating and not working out. And it wasn't all fat either. When your weight increases the body will naturally build more muscle to compensate for the increased weight.
thanks for the answers man rlly appreciate it! but can i ask you a few more things so first how many calories did you consumed per day during that period? and does sleeping late or early at night affect your growth?
No worries. You mean when I started to gain weight? 2000-3000. Sleeping late is not good. When you wake up late in the morning you're often going to miss breakfast or have a late breakfast, then a late lunch etc... Actually when I was skinny I was in university and I stayed up until 4 am every night and woke up at noon. Its one of the main reasons I was skinny. I didn't have a big meal back then till maybe 4 pm.
