Yes but people don't know when they are spotted, so if they run towards a place how do they know when to take cover you don't hear a plane until it's too late. And in Battlefield in general is not much cover in most maps, especially not from planes. Even when you go in a building you often die because of a plane knowing exactly where to shoot because of the red spot tag. I don't know what you mean with the 200%? Hardcore servers have 200% damage of normal servers, they are no fun. Ofcourse newbies need a little help sometimes, but spotting makes it easy for the majority of players and the professionals. Especially for the pilots who get 100/5 scores. Try to find players without a tag from the sky, it's hard. They would have to do their best again and look carefully where players are insted of shooting on the spot icons. If there are too much noobs in Battlefield, well, they are maybe playing the wrong game? Or just chew on it and practice more. A multiplayer FPS is always hard.
