Well @mischkag said they are looking into all of these concerns. I feel like they will eventually get it all sorted out. Maybe we will see some improvements on the upcoming update!

ON XBOX One, Go To CUSTOM GAMES, like Hardcore Conquest, and HIT X. This brings up the filter for the Hardcore Server Browser and you can change the same filters you can on the other server browser as far as Game Mode, etc....
