Amaterasu
Ecology
With its vast wingspan, vivid, sun-soaked plumage, and majestic flight, Amaterasu has captured imaginations for centuries. It's little wonder that the bird has been worshiped as a kami of the heavens since the days of yore. Yet for some mysterious reason, all those places where it has been revered—from tiny hamlet to vast nation—seem to have fallen hastily into ruin, and no records remain to tell more of the hallowed Kemono.
Strategy
This awesome bird absorbs celestial thread from its surroundings, filling its entire body so it swells with power and rage. But it's this time when the Kemono is absorbing thread that you have a chance to attack. Though its attacks are especially brutal when it's angered, its wings are also more vulnerable in that state, giving you an opportunity to counter. You might also find a harpoon Karakuri effective in hampering the bird's movements.
