employee resource groups
The commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion comes from within. EA’s Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are employee-led organizations that unite people around a common affinity or shared experience to normalize and unite the diversity we seek to represent, as well as foster a diverse and inclusive workplace. Thousands of employees connect together to create a sense of belonging, and build a culture of allyship and contribute directly to our diversity, equity and inclusion pillars while caring for the local diversity nuances of each chapter location.
